Michele Solomon is a fighter, let me tell you that. Not only did she overcome cancer, 3 life changing surgeries including spinal and brain surgery, she participated as an active challenger at The Camp and lost 110 pounds at the same time!

Faced with melanoma and given a 8% chance to live. Michele beat the odds. After being given a 2nd chance at life, she knew she didn’t want to waste it by continuing to be overweight and unhealthy

She slowly but surely started her fitness journey on her own until she stumbled across an ad for The Camp Transformation Center in Thousand Oaks, CA. Once she stepped foot in the door, she knew she was in for some hell, but was ready for the challenge and eager to see results.

More medical complications came her way and although she took time off, she came back mentally stronger and to this day has completed 5 Camp Challenges!

Michele is the perfect example of a 1%ER. The odds stacked against her, but she had her goal set and was determined to reach it.

Listen to Michele’s gripping story of overcoming cancer, brain tumors and multiple health issues, yet still coming out on top and showing us what’s possible!

Michele’s step daughter is also with us and tells her story of depression, sexual abuse and abandonment at a young age before being taken in by her biological father and step mother.

It’s tough to hear… but the fact that there are so many others out there suffering the same, is heart wrenching. Jennifer has overcome these past demons and also decided to turn her life around for the better mentally and health wise.

It’s a sad story, with a happy ending.

Make sure to give it a listen and remember to never take for granted the life we have. Maybe you’ll be inspired to finally take steps towards living a healthy life!

We aren’t all dealt the same hand… and some of us face challenges that may seem impossible to overcome, but with perseverance and determination to live your best life, you can accomplish anything!

Enjoy the podcast!
