For refinancing, the goal is to successfully arrange and close the mortgage with a lender with as little friction as possible, with the most favorable terms possible, and at the lowest cost possible. If successful, the mortgage will allow them to minimize their debt and increase their cash flow by lowering their payment.”

 

Apart from residential purchasing and refinance, Mortgage Alliance- Main Street Mortgages also provides a full list of mortgage services, which Roger lists down for us: “We also provide mortgage financing solutions to complete the purchase and/or refinance of Commercial properties (Multi-Residential, Industrial & Office Condos, Mixed Use, Student Housing, Farm/Agricultural and more). Additionally, we also offer opportunities for individuals to passively invest in Real Estate by utilizing Registered (RRSP’s, TFSA’s) and Non-Registered funds to generate exceptional returns by funding mortgages which are secure investments.”

We employ a 5 step process where we first connect with/get to know the client and their motivation, then assess the situation and set realistic expectations. Following that, we gather information, and then connect with the lender to secure the commitment and term 5) Finally, we get the funding! Our systems keep the client informed every step of the transaction to ensure they are in the loop so no surprises and our team works to proactively ensure that the path is clear and anticipates any potential challenges and works to overcome them.”
