After spending the last 11 years in business and self-development to acquire the unique skill set needed to now help others achieve their own definition of freedom, entrepreneur, innovator, and mentor Chent Thambiah now uses this knowledge to empower others to take their energy, mindset, business, and finances to a whole new level.

Motivated to Serve Others 

Recognizing that his career is born out of helping others reach their goals, Chent is motivated by the power of serving others, giving first, and acting based on a genuine intention rather than expectation. 

“Every chapter in my life where I have done things with an expectation or started a business to make money never worked out,” the founder of XLR8 said.

This would always result in Chent doubling down and reflecting on his purpose, eventually realizing that he is meant to serve others from his own experience and perspective. 

He even advises others that the key to finding success, much like he did, is by looking at one’s self and improving the areas needed to reach a goal. 

“As cliche as it may sound, always start by working on yourself and getting around people that will ask you the right questions, especially questions that challenge you and your ego. This will begin the process of opening your mind and stripping layers of your ego down in order to find your real truth and why you are walking on this earth,” Chent said. 

Once this has been achieved, only then will Chent recommend establishing a brand built on one’s personal truth, passion, and purpose. 

“This way you will be moving with a powerful intention behind you and with the focus on serving others first. The money will come as a by-product and more than you would have ever imagined,” he encouraged. 

From Personal Trainer to High Earning Mentor 

Chent’s jump into the world of entrepreneurship and business started with him working as a personal trainer. Recognizing his passion for a work where he could directly work with and develop people, he left his conventional career in civil engineering. 

Aside from founding XLR8 Online, a social development network with a $100B valuation vision, in his earlier days he also achieved feats such as being in the running for Up and Coming Personal Trainer of the Year, Trainer of Champions, dominating first, second, and third places in Client Transformations, and most notably a $1M valuated augmented reality startup “ARX” winning a French Innovation Award in 2017 where he presented his innovation to the attendance of 60,000+ at Viva Technology the largest Tech Expo in Europe.
