Most people grow up with the same plan in mind. Go to college, get good grades with a solid degree, land the internship, get the career you want, save some money to buy a house, start a family and then hopefully retire by the time you’re 65. It’s the path that many of us were taught was the only way for success and Nick Luevano was on his way down the road we all know so well.
In 2013 while attending San Diego State University, Nick’s eyes started to open. He started to ask himself questions he had never asked before, what If I don’t want to accrue tens of thousands of student loan debt? What if I don’t want to work to make somebody else’s dreams come true for my whole life? What if I started my own business?
The answer came to him one day in an unexpected place. “After graduating college I left everything I knew and dove into the world of entrepreneurship. I took all of my natural abilities and acquired skills and took a chance at it, worked smart, worked hard, invested in myself and eventually mastered it and now I get to help guide others on their paths through this world,” And master it he did.
Nick is well known in his generation for catapulting a Millennial Movement of entrepreneurs within a network marketing company, globally challenging the status quo of the typical millennial college student. In the process of building the Millennial Movement, Nick built a sales organization of over 5,000 customers within 25 states and over 15 countries, eventually reaching the top 1% of distributors within the company, and generated millions of dollars in global sales.
Luevano knows the importance of hard work and dedication. “I believe in being sound in all areas – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. So I make sure I have all of those things in check by eating right, going to the gym, letting go of unnecessary or momentary emotions, reading to grow my mind and going to church and having an active prayer life.” Understanding the importance of this type of discipline and mindset has inspired him to be a mentor and a coach for other young people with a big vision for their future.
Luevano has skyrocketed in growth, since the Millennial Movement. He was looking, seeking, and praying for a bigger vehicle and he came across a youtube ad for an online web class in Real Estate investing. He eventually attended and after seeing the endless potential of the real estate industry it was as if this profession had chosen him. He made a decision to try my hand at it and made $90,000 on my first deal in my first month. Since then he is the owner of a multimillion-dollar Real Estate investment company based in Beverly Hills, CA, with a primary focus of acquiring and depositing residential properties.
He is also a Co-owner and Founder of Millennial Flippers, one of the fastest-growing Real Estate educational platforms that teach individuals how to leverage their passions in order to create wealth through Real Estate. He’s closed over 500+ real estate transactions, coached hundreds of students. Own 7 different companies, some real estate related, some not. Nick is a Sales Expert with hundreds of millions of dollars in closings. A Philanthropist and the Co-Founder of Millennial Flippers a Coaching, and consulting company.
