Nsenzi Salasini – Leveraging Customer Acquisition Systems to Build Businesses

Recently, I sat down with Nsenzi Salasini. He is an entrepreneur and customer acquisition specialist who has made serious headway in a short time in business. I asked him how he got started, his advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, and much more.

Hey Nsenzi, what does your company do?

At High Demand Marketing we help Entrepreneurs and Real Estate Professionals, see consistent growth month over month through automation, customer acquisition systems, and processes.

What are your 3 core values?

The 3 daily values I live by are;

  1. Respect yourself, Respect others, and operate from the highest place of integrity
  2. Not everything that happens to you in life is your fault, but what you make of everything that happens to you is your responsibility
  3. See every problem as an opportunity to innovate. Don’t just think outside the box. Think like there is no box.

What advice do you have for entrepreneurs who also want to differentiate themselves and get ahead of their competition like you did?

To take your company to the next level and separate yourself, you have to take a full inventory of your target market’s pain points and solve the deeper problems that no one in your industry is solving.

Take my case for example. One of the biggest challenges my agency clients face is being able to consistently follow-up and set appointments with prospects. It’s a massive problem. I saw that as an opportunity to provide a viable solution while differentiating myself in the marketplace. I decided to take the follow-up process off my client’s desk and do it for them. Now they can focus on showing up to booked appointments and closing deals. No one in my competitive space is serving their clients at this level and it put me in a category of my own.

Aim to solve the problems that your competition is not even thinking of solving.

What are 3 tips people can use to grow their business?

  • Lead generation never stops. Ever.

Although we have seen some quick wins for our clients with digital marketing, it is not a magic bullet. Focus on the long term growth of your database. Your database is your most valuable asset and the more you feed it, the more you can predict your income and the more it will pay you in dividends. Never stop feeding your pipeline.

  • Use videos and engage with your audience online.

Video creates more trust and familiarity between you and your audience. Video is also the most engaging piece of content online, and because most people are afraid to get on camera, it’s the simplest way to differentiate yourself in your market. Especially if you are selling a high-ticket product or service. Trust is everything.

  • Focus on the two things that actually move the needle forward. Setting appointments and closing appointments.

Don’t get caught up in all the different shiny objects and distractions. Automate and systematize your lead generation so you can focus on closing appointments and making the bigger plays above your business. Take that framework, make it your own and implement it in your business.

What are your future plans?
I am currently working on a few very exciting projects that the world will have to wait and see but overall; I plan to continue expanding my reach and helping people move away from outdated & inconsistent growth systems. Putting the power to systemize and scale their company back in their hands. Most importantly, I plan to increase my collaboration and philanthropic efforts with organizations that involve youth guidance and mentorship.
