Rachael Bodie has shared stages with Rachel Hollis & John C. Maxwell, along with other well-known thought leaders. After building multiple successful companies, today she helps women take their entrepreneurial businesses to higher levels, helping them reach 6 to 7 figures.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Fortune 500 leadership consultant but found it lacking in both balance and fulfillment. With an eye on more flexibility, she started on her own. Her side hustle quickly grew to a six-figure business and became her focus.
Today, a decade later with vast knowledge and experience across multiple areas such as leadership development and sales and marketing, she uses this all-encompassing package to mentor and helps women build successful businesses of their own. With a simplified three-step process, she teaches her clients how to create growth without heavy marketing ads, and burnout. With a proven track record, her clients are reaping the rewards. Meet Rachael Bodie today, and learn about her authentic leadership style that can help you create confidence and freedom in your life and business.
Can you tell us a little more about yourself?
I am the business coach for female entrepreneurs. I work with women who need a combination of mindset & strategy coaching to scale their business to 6 & 7 figures. Through mentorship and training, they’re able to create change that propels them to the next level.
How did you create your brand? What inspired you?
I started my coaching practice from a place of deep understanding. Having scaled my first business to 6-figures while working full time in a demanding career was tough enough. At the same time, I was raising 2 little ones. The best thing that came out of that was the many hard lessons I learned in the process. They included everything from investing marketing dollars to time management. What I love is that now, I get to serve as that resource to others, the resource that I wish I had when scaling my business.
How does your brand work?
I work with my clients in three areas, so they have a simplified path that not only creates organic marketing strategies but builds a strong brand. We also master the right mindset which brings it together. With these three pillars, my clients understand what it takes to move their business to the next level, and how to become a consistent six-figure earner.
Do you have a giveaway thought or idea to help our readers?
I have a next-level results guide that offers the opportunity to apply for a free mini-coaching session with me.
What challenges did you face when you first started your brand?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was getting a better handle on time management. It wasn’t simply creating a brand and business, but scaling it while raising two small children.
How did you handle your business finances when starting? Were you funded?
My coaching business is self-funded. I was able to use funds from my first business to grow my coaching practice. No outside funding was involved.
What is your future vision? What do you see as the next level dream for this brand?
There’s so much potential to help women expand their businesses. I’m excited for the future of my business which will include a mastermind group to serve hundreds of women. Imagine the possibilities when women have access to resources that will help them thrive and find more success, flexibility, and freedom in their lives and business.
Do you have a message for those starting, looking to create something of their own and build a living from it?
Start now. You will never feel 100% ready. Instead of looking at it as succeed or fail, approach it like an experience. Constantly look for what you can learn and how you can improve.
Fix your mind to the vision of your success to inspire you. This can help you continue to take action. Invest in resources to shift your mind and increase your confidence. Building belief while taking action is key to building the business of your dreams. Successful people take action, learn from it, and keep going. They are willing to take a risk to build their dream.
