Real Estate Entrepreneur Anthony Turco Shares How He Thrives During the Pandemic

Nothing is ever promised, especially during these uncertain times with COVID-19. A lot of businesses are going under, but real estate investor Anthony Turco says business is booming. A lot of changes had to be made during this time; the way we look at our deals, the way we rehab the homes dealing with our contractors, a lot of this is virtual now. 

He says, “My entire office is virtual. All of the contractors and employees we hire are working from home. I think it’s super important to learn how to pivot during these troubling times. A lot of our business comes from our local communities. We have to make sure we are doing the right thing and helping everyone out. That’s what makes us successful. This can’t be a profit only business. We have to create win-win situations and do the right thing always.” He said, “That’s how we are still making things happen. It’s always about the community. Everyone places a pivotal role in all of this.”

Some people can’t make their living without a job and we need to help those in need. When we earn, we need to give back to the local communities. Anthony believes that Good relationships have helped him to maintain a thriving business even in the time of the pandemic. He mentioned, “ Making money is never a priority, the problem we solve and the happiness we bring is one of the keys to living an abundant life”. 

Yes, I won’t deny that being a Real Estate entrepreneur is difficult. I can’t be physically active outdoors, create meetings, and walk through the property for clients. This does create restrictions in my businesses but I have been continually pushing myself to discover the best possible ways to thrive.- Anthony

He says, “ I have been leveraging social media to inform customers about our work and stay connected with them. It’s crucial to create a community and engage with future buyers to keep business functioning smoothly”. 

Anthony comprehends that the way to reach higher is to grow together. He thinks that anyone can replicate the success he has accomplished even if it appears impossible during this period. Operate the business you believe in and provide the service that benefits the customers.

In business, there is nothing more significant than making a client happy. Good customer care is a dominant source of marketing that brings word to mouth advertisement and gets repeated business.- Anthony Turco
