Real Estate is the One of the Best Ways to Earn Passive Income Today, Says Rachel Acklin

Millions of people around the world will go on social media, Google, and different forums this week hoping to learn how they can secure some passive income for themselves. The internet has made it easier than ever before to come into contact with the success stories that are now sharing what they know with the masses.
There is Freedom in Real Estate
One of those success stories is real estate investor, philanthropist, educator, Realtor, and mentor, Rachel Acklin. Having used real estate as a means to leave her corporate job and be able to care for her ailing father, Rachel was determined to set up a system that worked for her in her sleep. After researching the reality of real estate investment and being a landlord, Rachel dove into the waters headfirst, making some initial mistakes that made her an industry expert after just one year.
Today, she owns more than 48 cash-flowing doors and is sharing her expertise with families, students, and professionals looking to make this kind of passive income work for their lives.
“Whether you are looking to have a stronger retirement account, need personal freedom to take care of difficulties in your life, or are looking to start anew with some serious passive income, real estate can do all of this for you. I have seen it and experienced it firsthand,” said Rachel. “I make enough passive income each month to cover my living expenses, while getting to choose when and where I work. I never could have imagined the freedom that would come with this kind of career choice.”
Rachel has played a role in over 200+ real estate transactions, has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate, and has organized her expertise and knowledge into her ‘5 key steps to success” program that she shares with as many people as possible. She is now helping her clients to customize a roadmap to success using real estate, on a mission to change 100 lives over the next 5-years.
More Than a Business
Beyond real estate investment, Rachel also incorporates her personal values into her business model. She supports local businesses and charities that mean something to her brand, donating a portion of her proceeds to Sell A Home, Save a Child. She believes in giving back and using her platform to help as many people as possible.
“I have total control of my time now, so I can do all of the amazing things that I want to do,” said Rachel. “I can donate, volunteer, and make an impact on other people’s lives, which is what this is all about to me. Starting out as a 23-year-old who did not know what I was going to do after hearing my father’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I want other individuals enduring a similar experience to know there is freedom in real estate.”
Rachel concluded by stating her life has been changed forever, and she now wants to pass that kind of epiphany on to as many people as possible.
