Realtor Christopher Samataro Showcases the Endless Possibilities People Have in North Eastern Massachusetts

Christopher Samataro is one of the best lions at LAER Realty Partners based in Massachusetts, USA. In his many years of experience in the real estate industry, he has helped a multitude of people, from assisting first-time homebuyers in getting their dream home to getting the chance to help a family sell their home and start new dreams.
Christopher is a dedicated father of four fantastic children, who are his pride and joy. He was born and raised in Massachusetts. He said, “My family has deep roots in the Massachusetts community, which is why I followed my passion for basketball from my all-star high school days and spend most of my free time coaching youth and teaching them basketball skills. When I’m not coaching, you can find me at any of my kids’ multiple different sporting events cheering them on or assisting. My family loves to vacation at Disney, and I have the entire park memorized from being there so much. Everyone describes me as very chill and easy-going. This ‘zenful’ attitude has served me very well as a realtor, giving my clients the very best while effectively negotiating on their behalf.”
He opened up about his life; he shared, “Family is very important to me. When I am not helping my community with volunteer work, you can find me in the front yard playing hoops with my kids. My love of teaching kids basketball skills led me to build a skills training business. I don’t know if going to concerts would be considered a hobby, but it is one of my passions. I also love exploring this fantastic area and supporting local and small businesses in my community. Oh, and let’s not forget all the amazing restaurants that I enjoy partaking in.”
He mainly serves Northeastern Massachusetts. For him, “It is a privilege to be able to work in this area of MA. The communities here are very diverse, and so are the properties. You can get a massive home with land or a small condo, and the possibilities are endless. I couldn’t even begin to list all the awesome features of being in the Northeast of MA. In 30 minutes, you are at the beach, a mountain, a lake, an amusement park, or just taking in all the history and culture of the area. The schools in the area are top-notch, from highly advanced private schools to some leading public schools. Let’s not forget the plethora of Ivy League and top 100 colleges right in the vicinity.”
He even shared his expertise about the real estate market right now. Christopher said, “There is no question that this is a seller’s market right now. Due to meager interest rates, buyers are very motivated to purchase a home. Sellers are getting way above the asking price, so it is more important than ever to acquire an agent like myself who believes in always being honest with their clients. I will never tell you anything untruthful or lead you down the wrong path when it comes to buying or selling your home. In fact, my favorite experience is seeing the joy and excitement on a client’s face when I sell their home or tell a buyer had accepted their offer.”
Moreover, Christopher shared some essential advice to future home buyers or sellers. He said, “I would tell any buyer looking for a home to truly sit down and thoroughly understand what is important to you (ex: school system, proximity to family, budget, family size, etc.). With this market, it is imperative that you get your financing situated before you even begin to shop for a house. Property is going very fast, and you will need to jump on that perfect home quickly to obtain it. For a seller, my advice is to be realistic. Get a thorough market analysis done on your property so you know the actual value of your home and what you can expect. If you are an investor, get proper After Repair Value (ARV) to know exactly what the property will be worth and how much profit you can realistically make on the venture.”
He continued, “I like to keep my client circle small. I am the type of realtor who believes in giving their client deserved undivided attention and being there for them whenever they need. As I’ve already stated, I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated. That means I am always honest and truthful with my clients. When you deal with such a small circle of clients, they become like family, and family always looks out for one another.”
