Realtor Eric Noel Shares How To Choose a Real Estate Agent Wisely

Realtor Eric Noel is an active real estate agent in Century21 Trident Realty Inc. With more than a decade of experience in multiple markets; Eric aims to help individuals reach their real estate dreams, whether it might be buying or selling a home.

He primarily serves the areas of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax, Bedford, Dartmouth, and Sackville). Sharing some bits about his personal life, Eric said, “I live with my wife Cristiane and our dog Abby. When I am not working, you can find me doing some form of exercise such as biking, working out, or simply at the dog park. In the evening, I will be out in the city having food or drinks with familiar faces.”

He continued, “People who are thinking of buying a house in the Halifax and Dartmouth areas should do so not only for the charm and beauty of the city, but they should also consider the surrounding ocean, which is a huge part of the people’s history; their culture is intertwined with the ocean surrounding them which greatly affects their way of living and general well-being. But for me, the people here are one of a kind.”

Its strategic location shows that it’s a thriving business center; coupled with its historical maritime importance, Halifax is undoubtedly one of the lucrative business sectors in Canada. It has also been known for its love for the environment; almost all residents walk daily for work or leisure. Recently, the area is pushing to put an emphasis on cycling as their primary transportation. 

Eric mainly works with Residential Real Estate either they are First time home Buyer’s, Experienced Buyer, or an  Investor. And when asked about the real estate market today, he responded, “The market is very active, low inventory of homes with high demand from all over Canada wanting to buy locally is driving prices upwards.  So it is always a good time to acquire Real Estate.”

For him, “Choose your Realtor Wisely, when you decide to start the home buying process, you should decide to work with a buyer’s agent who will guide you through the entire home buying process step by step while having your best interest at heart. The same goes for listing your home; work with someone you trust that can help you through the process smoothly and have fun!”
