Wanda Latuszak is an excellent real estate agent in Century21. She primarily serves London, Canada, and its surrounding areas. She reveals in this article why London is the best place to raise a family; make sure to read it until the end.

Wanda was born and raised in London from Polish Heritage, first Generation Canadian. Being a native in the area is a tremendous advantage for her job since she knows a lot of history and has a direct insight into the lifestyle of the people. In addition, she is involved in various community organizations such as the London Housing Advisory Committee at City of London, Royal Combatants Association, Sunfest. Buy, Sell, Lease, Residential and Commercial.

She’s currently living with her fiancé, stepson, baby girl, and a kitty. Her hobbies include money management, salsa dancing, and horse racing.

Serving London and its surrounding areas, Wanda shares some great reasons why people should start living here. She said, “London is amazing; growing up here, I’ve been able to watch it transform into the fantastic city it is today. London knows how to do Summers. Almost every weekend, there is a festival or activity downtown. It is a great place to raise a family, and it’s relatively affordable compared to many other metropolitan cities in Canada.”

Known as the ‘forest city’ in Canada, London is surrounded by woodland and vast farmlands, which is perfect for those who love nature. Their wide parks and festive atmosphere surely leave a mark for everyone who visits.

Most of Wanda’s clients are long-term ones, and she usually deals with clients who are looking for commercial, residential, downsizing, new builds, listings, investment, multi-residential. When asked about the real estate market today, she replied, “You should always have a Realtor friend to call. The market is booming, and there is so much hearsay. In this digital age where people can easily manipulate information, it’s vital to get the correct information for your city or neighborhood, not gossip.”

Moreover, Wanda shared some advice for future home buyers interested in entering the real estate industry. She shared, “Make sure you are speaking with a trusted Realtor who is familiar with the type of purchase and area. Find out what service level your Realtor is as it may be different from your expectations.”
