When asked about why she became a realtor, here’s what she responded, “For me, it all started when I was very young – a passion for serving and meeting new people and helping them fulfill their dreams. I got this inspiration from my dad, who’s a successful businessman in the Real Estate industry. I’ve been helping and working with his team since I was young. I have a Master’s degree in Data communications from Brunel University, UK, and started my career in IT in 2009. I’m a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and I’m committed to facilitate and educate buyers and sellers with all aspects of the housing market. I believe, through my strong research and negotiating skills, I’m able to find the best value for my clients.”
After starting her career in IT, she realized that her calling was in Real Estate. She got her license as a realtor and now serves the Peel region and its surrounding areas. And explains why it’s a great place to live in Peel; Inderpreet said, “Peel is a ‘Home for All’ People from different parts of the world love to call it HOME. It has affordable housing, a strong, resilient community, and a place where people can thrive.”
Inderpreet also loves to help First-time homebuyers since she can relate to the pain and stress homebuyers go through when buying or selling a home. She recalled, “When we were looking for our first home, we went through so much hassle and felt that we need someone who can handhold us for this whole process. Now that I’m a realtor, I can help them by offering them a Buyer presentation, which many realtors don’t feel it as an important step. While I offer sellers special Listing packages.”
The real estate market is very hot, even though these are challenging times due to the pandemic. It’s always a great idea to consult a realtor to know more about the different market strategies an individual can do when looking to sell or buy a house.
With that said, here are some pieces of advice from Inderpreet to people who want to enter the real estate industry. She said, “Buying or Selling a home is a BIG decision, and I understand it can be a complicated and intimidating process. There are more things to it than just a mortgage payment. My goal is to remove the stress from this process so you can make well-informed and best decisions you can.”
