Realtor Mario Cefai Reveals Why York and Durham Region Have “Good Value for Homes”

Mario Cefai is a licensed real estate salesperson who serves York and Durham region. He spent most of his life in York and moved to Durham when he got married. He enjoys fishing, cooking, and savoring good wines.
He is a hands-on realtor who helps his clients in all aspects of buying and selling their homes. When asked why York and the Durham regions are great places to live, here is what Mario responded, “I grew up in york and worked in many aspects of construction and development, which made me very well educated in this area. I moved to Durham when I got married, and I also did some custom home builds, etc. I’ve lived here for the past 12 years. It’s an amazing community with good value for homes and a great place to raise a family.”

I enjoy it every time.”
Mario prefers to work with clients who want to upsize or downsize their homes. And shares some advice for first-time homebuyers, “For first-time buyers, they must be fully prepared financially, emotionally, etc., for this whole process.”
