Realtor Nash Cohen Shows Why the Real Estate Market Is on an All-Time High

Nash Cohen is a hard-hitting fun-loving individual. Father and husband who loves hard. He had been self-employed since he was 16 years old. He shared, “In my younger year, I owned and ran nightclubs. In addition, I was closely tied into the Canadian and American live music scene, booking and promoting many of the great musicians of today: Nickelback, Three Days Grace, Men at Work, Mountain, and Sam Roberts, to name a few.

I live with my beautiful wife and five exceptional children in our blessed blended family.  We also have two awesome Italian Mastiffs (Cane Corsos) ROXY AND BEAR.  They are our fur babies and live a charmed life. I am a huge boat enthusiast, skier, and generally a huge outdoorsman. I love campfires after a great day navigating the beautiful water of Georgian Bay.

Real Estate surrounded my entire life as my father was one of the First Canadian Remax franchises to open in Guelph, Ontario, which gravitated me to acquire my real estate license 20 years ago as it was in my blood.  I love fast cars and boating on Georgian Bay. I enjoy showing people the wonderful area to move to and raise a family.”

He primarily serves Southern Georgian Bay, Collingwood, and Blue mountains.

Nash welcomes everyone to Ontario’s playgrounds. It is located on Georgian bay with Ontario’s largest ski resort Bluemountain, and freshwater beaches make this a paradise for almost anyone. Surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants, this area has something for everyone.

He said, “The market is perfect for new buyers, vacation home buyers, and or investors as it is a hugely desirable area all four seasons for rental and or investment purchasers. In addition, the market is at an all-time high in many places, and I believe this market demands any potential seller or buyer to engage the services of a highly skilled and knowledgeable realtor like myself. Don’t play games with one of your most significant assets.  The real estate agent will help guide you with facts and numbers while using the newest and greatest technology available today.”

He continued, “I work in all areas of real estate. Although residential is my most consistent transaction, I have great experience in investment and commercial real estate by serving many clients over the years and being in many  businesses myself that required leases and or purchases of commercial properties.”

When asked about what pieces of advice he could give to first time home buyers, here’s what he responded, “investigate, ask a question and be certain that your agent knows the area, including zoning and uses as this area is flooded with navigational hazards that I’ve traveled through and continue to find the quickest and best ways to assure my clients are fully secure and protected every step of the way

Nash Cohen is ready to rock; you can expect the unexpected in your traditional real estate agent. But, unfortunately, our world is full of roadblocks, and we feel overwhelmed with information and choices these days. The problem can be daunting, and at times, much misinformation becomes the norm, and your time is precocious. So, I cut to the chase with a no BS approach and a pleasing assured personality I assure you will find refreshing and sincere.”
