How to Become the Best Version of Yourself and Achieve Success in Health, Wealth, Love and Happiness With Richard Buettner

What is the true meaning of success? To most, it might just be financial freedom or getting that dream job. Well, it is a whole lot more than that. To live a successful life you must have achieved a multidimensional success. That means doing well in health, wealth, love and happiness. It is impossible to live happily if you are lacking any one of those four basic pillars in your life.

Being healthy means you are in perfect condition mentally, physically and socially, not just the absence of illness. You have to be healthy to have the ability to chase success. Wealth, on the other hand, means the abundance of valuable material possessions or resources. All these pillars depend on each other for them to be fully fulfilled. It is only by achieving success in those four fields that anyone can get fulfillment in life.

Richard Buettner is a German Entrepreneur, Visionary and Brand Strategist. Buettner is a pioneer in the influencer marketing and affiliate marketing scene in Germany and his organization brings in millions of dollars in revenue a year. He is launching a global movement with impactful influencers from different industries empowering people to become the best version of themselves. The mission is to create a better world around us starting with ourselves. Buettner believes we should give an opportunity to those who deserve it by helping millions around the globe with their health, wealth, love and happiness.

Here’s how you can get better and find balance in those four areas of your life.

When talking about self-care many things come into play, diet, sleep, exercise, grooming and things like morning routines. It is only by caring and loving yourself that you can be capable of loving and caring for others around you. You can’t be the best version of yourself financially and socially without practicing self-care.

Move and sleep for energy. The quality and quantity of sleep you have, play a very vital role in determining your energy levels during the daytime. Good sleep sets you up for the daily tasks and hurdles you have to face every day. It also prepares you for other pleasant or positive thoughts and emotions. Lack of enough quality sleep will only cause health problems you don’t want while chasing your dreams. It will slow you down. Ensure everything is set for a satisfying sleep experience and you will have the energy and motivation to get to your goals.

Remember, you are what you eat. A healthy body is a healthy mind. You can’t be successful in life with a body that won’t work towards that success. With a healthy body, there’s no limit to what you can achieve physically and mentally. It is impossible to achieve multidimensional success while obese off your diet. Eat healthy, a balanced diet and adequate water, and you are set to start pursuing your dreams.

Learn to Let Go of the Past

Having the ability to let go of the past is very crucial if you are trying to live a happy life. It would be impossible to move forward if you are stuck in issues of the past. Letting go will keep you in a positive mental state which will work to your advantage when it comes to productivity. In a world full of disappointments and difficult situations, letting the past be the past is the only way to move forward happily.

Manifest Your Dream

If you really want to achieve something so bad, manifesting what you want is the best way to do so. But what does it mean to manifest your goals? Put your goals into your physical reality through thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. You can focus on your goals by meditation, visualization or even through your conscious and subconscious self. Take action towards what you want to achieve and live it. That way, your future is bright and your chances of achieving failure are slim to none.

Be Positive and Practice Gratitude

Positive thinking will take you places when it comes to your health, wealth, love and happiness. Being positive will put you in a gracious mood, and practicing gratitude is a sure way to a good life, especially financially. When you apply positive thinking to your financial situation, you change the way you see money, and, in the process, you change how you handle your finances.

Whatever your definition of success is, if it is not multidimensional it is not true success. No one reaches a point of fulfillment in life unless they are successful, and you can only be happy if you experience fulfillment.
