Starting the Online Coach Revolution: Why This 26 Year Old Founder Is Turning Coaches Into Leaders

We associate leadership with power: overcoming opposition, taking decisive action, giving orders. And it can be all of those things.


But leadership also means setting a positive example, building other people up, and inspiring change. This particular type of leadership often goes unnoticed and underappreciated, even by the people who embody it.


And yet it might just save the world.


Ross Johnson believes that it will. At 26 years old, this self-made millionaire is on a mission to revolutionize the online coaching industry by solving its biggest problem:

Too much information, not enough transformation

Right now, everybody has access to all the information they need to achieve any goal, solve any problem, accomplish any task. So why is it that millions of people are still struggling to become the best versions of themselves — whether it means personal growth, improving one’s health, or building a successful business or career?


There is a simple explanation behind this: information alone is not the answer. If it were, everybody would already be healthy, happy, and rich. Without consistent action, information becomes just another distraction that holds people back instead of propelling them forward.


But even though the world is slowly waking up to this realization, the vast majority of online entrepreneurs are hopelessly stuck in the information age. They are flooding the market with low-value, untested products that their buyers never use, or worse — use them and get no results.


Ross’ alternative is simple: forget information and focus on transformation.


Transformation — inspiring action and meaningful change in people’s lives — is much more important (not to mention effective) than spoon-feeding them information. Ross built both of his 7-figure businesses by putting his clients’ results above all else, including profitability. He knew first-hand that people are hungry for solutions that can deliver the results they want.

Coaches as a force for good in the world

Ross believes that coaches have the potential to change the world for the better — one person at a time. By leading other people to change their beliefs, their behaviors, and their perspective, coaches can make a stronger, more lasting impact than anyone else.


Sadly, there is a massive difference between what coaches could accomplish, and the way things currently are.


In reality, the vast majority of coaches don’t have the opportunity to reach many people and transform their lives. Most coaches are accomplished experts who can create life-changing outcomes for their clients — but because they don’t know how to operate and grow their business in a digital world, their skills go unnoticed.


Over the past two years, Ross met hundreds of skilled coaches who deserved to be recognized and sought-after — but weren’t. They should have been selling out venues and booking themselves solid with client appointments. Instead, they would struggle to find clients, grow their business, and establish their authority in the field.


Ten times out of ten, all those coaches were struggling with the same core problem: they didn’t see themselves as leaders worth following.

Helping coaches step into leadership

If Ross were to succeed in his mission to launch a coaching revolution, he would need to guide coaches to two important realizations. One — that a great many people in the world need their guidance right now. And two — that they are capable of true leadership.


That’s why he created the Online Coach Accelerator — a mentorship program designed with coaches in mind.
