How This San Diego Entrepreneur Is Helping High-Ticket Coaches Radically Transform Their Businesses

In order to scale to new heights, high-ticket coaches and content creators must be able to consistently identify where their next lead or appointment will come from. However, the fierce competition in the marketplace can make attracting high-paying coaching clients challenging.

Mayhem Digital Media helps high-ticket coaches and course creators create inbound demand for their coaching programs; that way, they never have to worry about where their next lead, appointment, or client is coming from, ever.

Meet Wayne Ledoux

Wayne Ledoux is the founder of Mayhem Digital Media, and is renowned for making waves in the online space, helping high-ticket coaches with lead generation, sales, and marketing. Based in San Diego, Wayne has 13 years of marketing experience, and also comes from a veteran background, after being enlisted in the U.S. Air Force for six years, fixing the F-16 aircraft.

Wayne explains that he initially got into marketing after being told he couldn’t fix planes on the civilian side of life, but he knew he wanted to make six figures. They told him he needed to be an accountant, and he laughed, so marketing was suggested.

After graduating with a business degree with a marketing focus, Wayne and his wife moved to San Diego in 2009, where he got a job at an Inc 5000 company that did marketing for realtors. He shares, “If only I had known that my problem with authority that plagued my military career was my entrepreneurial spirit coming out, I would have never spent the next six years in corporate America.”

The road to entrepreneurship

In 2015-2016, Wayne worked in the solar industry generating leads for solar installs. “We turned a $10k marketing budget into $176k solar installs in 60 days. When they took away my benefits, I decided I could solve the problem of high-ticket leads for anyone and do it myself,” he says.

Wayne was in the solar space until the Covid-19 pandemic happened, and then moved into serving the high-ticket coaching niche after realizing that they needed leads and appointments, but could operate in a way that solar companies could at the time. He now runs a DIY offer to help high-ticket coaches scale using ads, email marketing, and social media.

Wayne says he started the company with “only $2500 in his bank account, a pissed-off wife, and a two-year-old.” He bootstrapped everything from the ground up and has built not just one but two different multiple 6-figure agencies, one in the solar space and another for high ticket coaches and course creators.

The future of the online entrepreneurial space

When it comes to industry trends, Wayne believes the following will become a lot more apparent in the online space and create a lot more opportunity:

  • AI
  • AR/VR
  • Sales team building

With the world moving fast toward the metaverse, AI, AR and VR are going to take over advertising. In the same way, FB ads started a decade ago, those who embrace these technologies are likely to benefit the most from them.

One of the best pieces of advice Wayne has received is, “The only way out of it is through it.” He shares that “no matter what you are going through in life, whenever a situation arises that you don’t want to deal with, the best way to get through it and to make sure you come out ahead is to roll up your sleeves and deal with the matter at hand, otherwise, it is always going to come back around and bite you if you don’t. Just do the work to get through it.”

Mayhem Digital Media gives clients a personalized experience they can’t get anywhere else. Their unique strategies give clients success in marketing, lead generation, and high-ticket sales.
