Secrets To Understanding Embodiment In Life And Leadership.

There’s a trending topic of personal embodiment sweeping the online landscape, and for good reason; the safety you cultivate within your body correlates to the level at which you are capable of leading and generating financial wealth as a Woman.
What we are witnessing from women who desire to lead from a place of less hustle and more purity, less stress and more life, is a move away from the outdated business-constructs of the masculine paradigm – and I for one, like it!
Embodiment is: about trust, about safety, about having your own back, without the need for approval or validation- speaking life into your work, into your mission and into those who look to you for guidance.
I recently sat down with some incredible experts in their respective niches to have a conversation about how embodiment has shaped their journey to where they are today. Let’s dive in!
Alex Tripod: Practice Million Dollar Rituals
Alex is all about the rituals. She swears by them and in her words; “our codes are our currency.” After an unexpected split from her long-term girlfriend earlier in 2021, it was embodiment that brought her back into her body, into safety and alignment, enabling her to keep showing up as the powerful Leader she is.
As a Best Selling Author, Speaker, and Quantum Business Coach, Alex’s soul mission is to raise the vibration of humanity on a global scale by activating amazing leaders to collectively create a RIPPLE EFFECT and shift the collective into LOVE.
Alex attributes her ability to persevere through incredibly challenging times, while simultaneously holding the polarity of growth in her business, to her dedication to daily rituals. Her embodiment rituals keep her grounded and create consistent magnetism in her messaging.
According to Alex, her most powerful rituals are her Million Dollar Morning Ritual and Magical Scripts – “Consistency is the key to embodiment and ensuring that movement is always something you do when you begin your day. When you follow this up with consistent meditation to feel good before the results come in, you foster integrity and embodiment of what you are creating.”
Kelly Adams: Sell Through Inner Magnetism
Kelly Adams, known as the ‘Mary Poppins of Mindset’ is a Speaker and Multi Six-Figure Entrepreneur. With the power of community, she is transforming lives and businesses around the globe. Her mission is to propagate a worldwide movement that cultivates holistic wealth through making peace with one’s past to step into prosperity.
Embodiment for Kelly means maintaining integrity in her leadership archetype and in spreading the message that “we teach and coach on who we are”.
She encourages women to forgo the paradox of attempting to replicate others in positions of prosperity, instead of embracing their own uniqueness and understanding that their individual experience becomes their mastery.
“Money is the energetic exchange of the value you are putting into the world”. From this space comes the importance of clearing out the static within, dropping into surrender and expressing your mastery to the world. Through this expression of self, we become magnetic.
“Slow down to speed up. Take the time to let go of what is not serving you, leverage the gifts that appear through the process of letting go and then level up by investing in yourself and investing in a Community. Not just financially, but emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally.” – Adams
Jess Condy: Own Your Authentic Life Choices
The only way to live according to Jess Condy is Living from authenticity – whether in the way she moves her body to the rhythm of life, how she nourishes herself with only the most vibrant and rich foods or in the exotic destinations she chooses to travel to and cook from.
A leader in the online self-transformation space, Super Yacht Chef turned Life Coach, Jess guides women around the globe to awaken their lives through the power of good food, inner healing, and self-
confidence: “Food brings your senses to life. And we use our senses to embody whatever it is that we are moving through to heal ourselves, in order to then own whatever big, scary decision comes next.’
“Trusting that you will flow with life, move with the seasons, even if it’s crazy and messy… When you are embodied, you feel safe within yourself to move without hesitation. Even when it’s hard to see, it will always work out in your favor.”
Her best advice to cultivate trust and confidence in every decision is to use dance, breathwork, and of course, food. “Practice daily by eating the way you want to feel, moving through the resistance of new decisions, and breathing life into every new step toward a life you love.
Helen Wilkes: Occupy Your Body
Helen Wilkes is a woman on a mission to revolutionize the way we show up, speak up and lead our lives. A Yoga Teacher, Storyteller, Teacher Trainer, and most of all, a leader of the new age.
Her life reads like a wild adventure story; rich lessons alchemized and huge visions birthed. She is a woman who’s energy speaks in ways words could never convey. She is here to shake the world out of its complacency and show us what real embodied leadership looks & feels like.
Wilkes shares with conviction: ‘if you want to be about it, don’t try to bypass it with intellect. If you want to teach more, then teach more, if you want to be more about your message, then get into your messaging. If I am about boundaries, then I am about boundaries in every area of my life. We have to learn to occupy ourselves.’
In Closing
In the new era of leadership, women feel confident in their wholeness, in their fullest embodied expression, and speak life into what is true for them. In doing so, they are rewriting the script that we’ve followed for so long, in the pursuit of living a successful life.
The unprecedented rise of women leaders around the world, across every niche, may well be attributed to the power of embodiment. The ability to hold everything that high-level leadership demands; to be a living, breathing, walking example of what you teach, preach, coach and heal on, is by definition exactly that.
Embodiment is the key to less burnout, establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, minimizing self-sacrifice, instilling a sense of alignment, and living a fulfilled life. Wielded with grace, it’s the not-so-secret weapon helping women to usher in a beautiful new age of heart-centered leadership.
