10X Your Productivity With Sekip Hardal

One of the biggest challenges we face on a day to day basis stems from finding how to achieve peak productivity. The best way to find out what makes you productive is to go straight to the source of optimal productivity. Meet Sekip Hardal, Founder of Manhattan CItizen. Sekip is an international business, immigration, and sports lawyer and an entrepreneur. Most Importantly, He is the representative of the Turkish-American Businessmen Associates at the American Chamber of Commerce, so his day to day activities require him to constantly hit peak productivity in his career. In this article, we will be going over what advice he would share to becoming a more productive version of yourself.

Have Concrete Goals

The only way to motivate yourself to do something and to keep yourself focused is to have a concrete goal that excites you. A goal does not necessarily mean just a final destination, it should be a journey that also opens up a multitude of doors for you, and lets you have adventures you desire. The goal should not necessarily be a tangible one, but rather, it should be an inspirational one that other people will want as theirs that they can achieve in their separate way.

Teamwork is Crucial

A team with a vision will motivate both the leader and each team member, that team should do their best to achieve results efficiently and effectively. To get a feel for a great teamwork environment, a key aspect you should look for is a team that feels like a family. A diverse culture of individuals can help keep things flowing, especially when it comes to finding solutions and optimizing your performance.

You need a great leader with a strong vision and serious capacity to understand the world in its details, not only will they add a talent that brings together a goal coherently, but they can inspire others. If you want to be productive, learning to inspire others, and transfer the vision from individual to the other, you must build leadership tendencies.

What to Expect Implementing These Tactics

When it comes to tackling productivity issues, you must begin with the root cause of the lack of productivity. For example, the key industries that are seeing rapid growth are being constructed by armies of individuals working from home, as it shows having flexibility and giving team members a comfortable environment they are more likely to increase their productivity.

After implementing some of these strategies, your needs to take action are going to be swifter, and you should have a less challenging time taking on obstacles that you face. Productivity is derived from creating solutions to the core problems we face. Goal setting, teamwork, and leadership are traditional concepts but look at them from an innovative angle. Thus, seeking harmony between traditional and non-traditional styles to achieve productivity.
