Daniele Sica is a real estate agent investor that lives in the Toronto area. “The real estate market is growing exponentially and had the greater return ever compared to the previous decade,” Daniele answered when asked about how the current state of the real estate market. He says that many investors diversified their investment in residential and commercial using countless different strategies, using more private lenders, building their commercial residents for cash flow. “Search for high ROI markets like the GTA, Ontario, and the Riviera Maya Tulum where we offer options and fast-growing for at least the next 15 years”. He added.
“Time is the only part that we can’t buy. Therefore, we have to be prepared for different solutions, and most importantly, have a great team that supports our intentions,” Daniele said. He advises his clients to be educated in any investment. It is of importance that understanding each process is essential to work around each proposal. “ In the end, I will say the more we are prepared and the better we can achieve great goals. Investors should be open-minded and transparent and seriously collaborate with realtors capable of offering solutions to have a win-win situation.” Daniele added.
