Instagram is constantly evolving, but what does 2021 hold for your  business feed?

Can you imagine a better free online platform than Instagram which gives you access to millions of people daily? Every IG user (no matter which side of the planet) is your potential client. Today Instagram has over 1 billion users who are waiting for your product to be introduced to them.

Someone will say it’s impossible, but if you want to make your brand pop you need to catch as many eyeballs as you can.

We spoke to Ela Duys, founder and CEO of Ela Mazur Creative all about the super hot trends to look out for in 2021.

Duys says: “ I know a loophole that will help you grow your Instagram business faster than others. All you need to do is follow my top 2021 IG trends to make sure you boss your business IG.”

Here are Ela’s 2021 TOP TRENDS for Instagram for business:

  1. Use IG Reels
  2. Make your Stories sell
  3. Become Explore Tab top
  4. Create catchy Carousel posts
  5. Use TikTok strategy

Are you now wondering, but how? The information that you will read shortly below will divide your IG business life into BEFORE and AFTER.

1. Use Ig Reels

As you may already know Insta Reels are a hot new feature that appeared on Instagram a few months ago. It looks similar to TikTok. How? Upload a 15/ 30  second video, add some music, visual effects and hashtags. Proven: this is the best way to reach a huge amount of new followers in 2021. Statistics show that the average time spent on Instagram by users has grown 3.5% since Reels was launched. Meaning your reels will attract new potential clients.

2. Make your stories sell

Stories have taken the lead over the past few years and have quickly replaced the need for frequent posts. It didn’t take long for it to cement itself as one of the top Instagram trends and now you can tag your product there! One of the best ideas in using this hot trend of supersonic marketing is to partner with influencers and get them to link it back to your shop. No one cares about “swipe up” as much as about stories, believe me! Nearly 80% brands said they sell much more through stories, not posts.

3. Feature in the Explore tab

Let’s talk a bit about SEO stuff. You probably know you can search accounts, places and hashtags using the explore tab. But soon it will be easier to keep users engaged as they will have a chance to search your business or products by key words. To be a successful player you need to use your social media tactic properly: manage your account by creating a link between your account, hashtags, and posts – MAKE IT SEO FRIENDLY to boost user engagement!

4. Create catchy Carousel posts

Instagram carousel posts are one of the most engaging formats on social media right now. It makes your audience 3x more engaged than regular posts. This feature allows you to upload multiple photos or videos so don’t forget to make it catchy to grow your engagement.

5. Use TikTok as part of your social media strategy

One of the best ways to be ahead of others right now is to follow the TikTok trend. Don’t hesitate to add some trendy music, videos and effects to attract more people to explore your page. Introduce your products to new followers in a trendy way.

Social media expert Duys says: “There’s no guarantee all of these tips will blow your IG account overnight. Remember: the key is consistency, working hard, following trends and being creative which will help you attract new followers and make your brand popular in 2021.”
