The Ace: A Journey From Sports Intern to Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs are present everywhere you look in this day and age, although admittedly hidden from plain sight sometimes. But establishing a successful business is not just about carrying an idea but also about planning strategically and enjoying your work.

From Humble Beginnings to Massive Moolah, Andrew Thomas is one such person with a small start and a big ending. Owning his black own cannabis lifestyle brand in LA, Andrew Thomas is an ideal example of hard work, consistency and persistence.  Followed by his clothing line, he believes that this is his culture and he comes from this. His other business is a consulting business where they consult with some of the top athletes and brands.

In his early life, he started with a small step in sports as an intern in 2009 at DA sports management and from there he partnered with impact sports in 2011 and client development and management. Then he became the president of basketball operations at impact sports where they represented basketball players such as Will Barton from the Denver Nuggets and Taurean prince from the Cleveland Cavaliers, and now, after learning from different people and environments, he is a partner with Young Jeezy in a sports agency. Being thankful to the sports Industry he now has his own cannabis brand and clothing line.

According to him, just like any business, there are ups and downs but you have to persevere it’s gonna be good days and it’s gonna be bad days but you still got to put in that working every day to be successful and that your failures are going to make you so embrace it.

The company was founded by Andrew Ace Thomas . Andrew began his career in the sports industry developing branding and managing sport talent.Through the year he developed a niche for helping brands bring their company vision to actualisation by using his extensive network and expertise. Andrew has worked with brands/talent like pink dolphin, ask tabs wellness. Young jezzy, will barton , taurean prince , maxim just to name few

The lack of black representation in the cannabis space inspired Andrew to bring his knowledge gained in the sports/entertainment space to the cannabis market

Launching his way brand in July Rolling loud weekend follow by his brand being in stores and dropping his clothing line, he is exploring new business and aiming for higher aspects in life.
