Our team had the distinct pleasure of catching up with this Queen disrupter on her recent trip to Miami in an exclusive 1×1 behind the scenes interview.

Disrupt Magazine:  Min. Nakita Davis, it is a pleasure to speak with you today! You are a Woman on the move and definitely a disrupter. Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule and vacation in Miami to chat with our team. 

Tell our readers how you came up with the Women Win NETWORK?

Min. Nakita Davis: Let me start by saying- All the Glory belongs to God! And Thank you for connecting with me. I’ve been low-key watching Disrupt Magazine for awhile now and know that this magazine only highlights the movers, the shakers, & disrupters of the world. Truly, I am honored. Besides, when you are a successful Girlboss~ Work and Play often co-mingle because you LOVE what you do! I can chat with you, close a business deal, and be poolside by sunset!  

And for the record, Yes, I said low-key. LOL. You can Love the Lord and still know the colloquialisms of those around you. The key is to meet people where they are and let your Light and the way you demonstrate God’s love, be the catalyst to their transformation! I believe God has positioned me to do just this. #TGBTG

Now, to answer your question: The Women Win NETWORK has been a long road coming; but we are finally here. Covid-19 had a hand in birthing this, believe it or not. Last year, I was set to be a Keynote Speaker in Accra, Ghana for a Global Influential Women Leadership conference. I was pumped as this would have been my first official international keynote address and my first trip to the motherland (Africa.) However, when Covid-19 swept the world and spread; my plans for Africa and Paris (layover book tour) came to a halt. I remember being in my kitchen, asking God “How am I supposed to reach the world with my voice- my message, if I can’t even hop on a plane!?”

He answered quickly. Almost like a lightbulb going off in my head- the Women Win genera was born. 

I quickly pivoted from getting a seat at someone else’s table; to hosting my own global virtual event before “virtual summits/conferences” were a ‘Thing!’

I called it the Women Win Author & Business Summit; held March 29th– March 31st, 2020.

With the success of that event, I quickly ramped up for a round 2. The 2nd installment took place May 30th- June 3rd, 2020. Again, a Huge Win.

Followed by the Women Win After Dark speaker event and an International Best-Selling Collaborative book entitled; Women Win: Against All Odds.

Long answer short; I didn’t choose the Women Win NETWORK; God chose it for ME! It was birthed in response to adversity and the required pivot to Impact, Empower, and stay Relevant during the pandemic. 

Through these Faith inspired events partnered with my teams International Best-Selling Books and massive media coverage, I could still hear God saying GREATER!

So here we are, The Women Win NETWORK will officially launch this Spring with Amazing Women running, producing, and leading the way in Christ.

Our Network plans to provide both LIVE television streaming content, docuseries, reality-tv shows, entertainment, drama, inspirational movies and content that speaks to the heart of Women. When we do this correctly; I believe the Women Win NETWORK will organically create an unbreakable Sisterhood between viewers and content creators alike. This is what I am all about!

Min. Nakita Davis:  That was a mouthful! But you are right, both events were EPIC and my team has dropped multiple billboards for our events, speakers, and Queen authors alike. Again, I am humbled and honored by God’s goodness. He continues to enlarge my territory and sphere of influence- All for His Glory. So, what’s my secret to pulling A-List Queens?

I tell Women- Jesus is the Plug; so that means I’ve got to have the Juice! LOL. The truth is- God has always made me an effective connector of people. Even when I worked in Corporate America, He gave me the gift of authentically connecting with others and bringing out the Best in them. Its one of my many Superpowers in Him! They don’t call me the Queen Connector for nothing. Leveraging authentic connections/relationships has enabled my team to help our speakers, authors, and girlbosses to gain the visibility, credibility, and authority needed to scale their brands via our Marketing & PR department. But seriously, that is why my flagship business is called Jesus, Coffee, and Prayer Christian Publishing House LLC. Let’s just say this- it is not easy and certainly not for the faint at heart; but with Christ on my side, I know that I can do all things! Some days(nights) are longer than others and I stay on my toes (pivoting.) My husband is a huge help and amazing support system too. With both of us being entrepreneurs, it can get hectic at times; but we have found our sweet spot to get things done.
