Jessica Stafford Curates The L.A Experience Through Her Events Agency

Los Angeles is one of the many cities in the USA that possess a wide array of events, sights, and experiences that many people want to be a part of. But with all those places to go to, it can be quite a struggle to find the perfect venue to hold seminars, summits, and more.
This is why Jessica Stafford created her own agency where she curates the L.A experience one event at a time and shares it with her clients so that they too can see what the city has to offer.
Why She Started Her Own Agency
Jessica’s business, JSLA Events, came to fruition after she realized that there was a heavy need to create a unique experience for people in her network who also needed beautiful venues to host events.
“I never really imagined owning my own company but when a close mentor of mine opened a gorgeous restaurant in the US Bank tower my mind started spinning with possibilities,” Jessica shared.
After jumping into the opportunity, Jessica’s friends grew to become her clients who needed a space where they can host real estate seminars, lawyer summits, music showcases, and intimate dinner parties.
“For the first time in my life, I was thriving because I was in control of the experience, creativity, and ability to nurture the clients I chose which breathed life into me in a way I had never embraced before,” Jessica said.
By creating JSLA Events and Mental Vitaminz, Jessica was able to manifest and cultivate the community that she always wanted.
Creating a Valuable Experience
Since Jessica dabbles with helping clients find the right venue for their events and seeing it through, she always has to keep in mind what their needs are and how she can take her service to the next level, giving a truly genuine and valuable experience for her clientele.
“I never focus on the profit I gain with my clients; I always look at how I can bring more value to their ultimate experience. It always ends up being a fruitful ending for both parties that always leads to stronger relationships where more business is being created because we trust each other living in that space,” she said.
Motivated By Family
Throughout her career and business, Jessica finds that her family has been her inspiration for pursuing the ventures that she has on her plate today.
“My whys are the most important factors in my life. I’m driven by foreseeing beautiful vacations around the world with my family where we can all be under one roof. Since everyone lives in different countries and states, it would be refreshing to create memories like when we were young laughing without a care in the world. That fills my soul,” she said.
Jessica added that whenever she thinks about how supportive her family is of her, she’s motivated to do even more and better.
