The Inspiring Story of Successful Entrepreneur Nikola Tefov

Can you tell me the story of your prior successes, challenges, and major responsibilities?’

I have built entertainment pages from 0 to millions of followers, within a very short time. My biggest challenge is creativity and the process of growing i am fascinated by it, and it keeps me moving and motivated. My responsibility were broad in the start but how time goes you have find the 3 things you are best at and outsource the other parts to other pros. Never try to do everything focus your energy on fewer things to achieve your goals faster.

What techniques and methods do you use day to day to stay continuously motivated, focused and proactive when fear, hardships and procrastination have the best of you?

Mental health is very important, I do meditation, self affirmation and I give time to my self to build my mind the right way. Same as body health I workout everyday and I try to be at my best. Sometimes I will go for a walk instead of working out, depends how I was feeling or how busy I was. But mostly I try to do heavy weight training and rarely cardio. Going to the gym gives me an advantage in my organization and keeps me away from procrastinating.

I always use fear as my strength because it gives me excitement and a drive in what I do. I also experiment with a lot of nootropics for staying and being focused 99% of the time. In these times distractions are everywhere so sometimes I do cleansing from social media and phones, which helps a lot with your focus and attention time.

I know this is not an easy job. What drives you?

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? What lesson did you learn from them?
Thats true It’s not, as I said growth and improvement drivers me. Help is everywhere and everyone you just have to let your dreams and goals be out, don’t be afraid to talk what someone sees it as bragging I don’t. You can get an idea from the most random person and use that idea to make something great. Lessons I learned are never waste time, don’t let fear stop you from anything, be consistent and never give up on what you love and wish to have.

What are your “5 things I wish someone told me when I first started” and why. (Please share a story or example for each.)

Nothing is easy, and easy is not satisfying.

Never waste time and never feel bad about failures just learn from them and keep on going. Have a group of people you trust and they support you and encourage you.

Don’t give up easily the road to success is very bumpy.

Keep your self motivated with affirmations and never give up on your goals and dreams. Anything is possible.

Is there anything you would do differently if you could start over?
If you could travel back in time to before you started, what 3 tips would you give yourself and why?

Never waste time, because there is no use of westing time.
Be more confident in your work and don’t procrastinate, I used to be very uncomfortable and I was seeking validation for my creations which is not a good idea. And procrastination was one of mine worst sides.
Be more healthy work out and have a good diet and sleep better.

Which people in life inspire you the most? Why?

Elon Musk, because he is a dreamer and achiever.

Justin Bieber, dedication and persistence from young age not an easy life he had. Everyone can learn from him a lot.

Steve Jobs a very dedicated mind at achieving and making things great.

Doctor Dre a very successful producer/artist and a business men he made the path for me as a kid together with 2pac, 50cent and Eminem.

What do you think makes your work stand out?

It’s the love and dedication and the touch from my perfectionism.

What are your success habits?

Admire it and keep having more successes. Never get satisfaction to stop you or make you think you have it all, you never do.

What exactly does your company do?

From music and video production to brand building, content creation and marketing.

What do you think makes your company stand out? Can you share a story?

We work for out clients the same work as we’ll work for ourselves. We try to be the best 24/7

What’s your backstory?

I am born in Macedonia, in a middle class family and in time I saw that is not the life I want and I started making money from a very young age, from small gigs in design and music production and I never stopped learning and improving my skills. I studied classical music in High School and Jazz Academy in college. Music really expands your creativity and help you in many other fields. Now I live in New York and I am a proud from what I have achieved and how far I have come.

How have you changed/grown in the past 5 years? (Or since you started your business)

Mentally, physically! And I do see my self grown in how more responsible I am and how more smarter my decisions are.
Has there ever been a time where you gave up or wanted to quit? How did you overcome that feeling?

I did had hard times, thats where the affirmations helped and the people that support you.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Never give up on your dreams, with consistency and dedication everything is possible. And never stop learning and growing.
