The Kitti Sisters: Helping People Escape the Hamster Wheel Through Financial Freedom

Palmy and Nancy Kitti – sisters by birth and best friends by choice.

The sisters are first-generation immigrants who have introduced a revolutionary financial freedom tool – Apartment Syndication – through their high-end investment firm Not Nine To Five Investments.

The Kittis had previously built a successful clothing manufacturing company. However, their company took a massive hit when their biggest client folded its operations. The duo was harshly jolted to the realization that working hard doesn’t guarantee a safety net. You can put in the hours every day and still be left a victim to life’s unpredictability and wasted time.

Everything they built, they saw it crumble within seconds. And this is not a unique case, as bad as it is, tons of people go through similar situations every day. But what is unique are the steps Palmy and Nancy took after this. They quickly pulled themselves together and set to work to find a solution – a solution to the bigger problem. They didn’t want a quick fix that would get them to go back to their daily routines again. After having realised that they were entirely dependent on just one source of income, they wanted to build a broader foundation – for themselves and others.

And they found their solution with the Apartment Syndication programme.

*How does the Apartment Syndication process work?*

Under the Apartment Syndication model, a group of investors come together to purchase an
apartment building. With the exception of the deal sponsor/s, every member of the apartment syndication investing group becomes a passive investor. Passive investors get to enjoy their income from the rental units, and profit from the eventual sale of the property, without ever having to deal with the hassle of rent collection and tenant issues.

What sets Palmy and Nancy apart is their commitment to their clients. They don’t ghost and become distant names once the deal is done. They invest in every apartment alongside their clients and are always available to take up their client’s concerns spread the word of financial literacy. Moreover, through working with the Kitti sisters, client-investors have not only seen overwhelming returns but have also been able to cut down their tax bills dramatically. The investors get more than just returns when working with the Kittis – they learn how to mitigate risks, use inflation to their advantage, boost cash flow, and all this education helps complete and round out their financially free life.

It is their mix of originality and sincerity that has shot the Kitti sisters to the top. In just three years of operation, the duo has built an asset catalogue worth $100 million spanning multiple states.

The Kitti sisters believe, “Having and being dependent entirely on one stream of income is like being on a boat that you can only paddle. If you lose an oar, fall sick or anything, it’s game over. Financial freedom is not just a trendy buzzword – it is a lifestyle choice. It is like having a motorboat and life safety jackets. You don’t have to spend your life just getting by, you can invest in opportunities and, build a stream of passive income that is your shield in times of sickness, your holiday sponsor in the time of health and above all a reassuring presence.”.
