The Realtor Who Turns Your Real Estate Dreams Into Reality: David Sukhai

Ask anyone you know, investing in real estate is key to building wealth for yourself and generations to come. However, most Canadians these days can’t claim to own or be living in the property of their dreams. Neither can most of them claim to be able to easily flip a property and grow their real estate portfolio. With a global pandemic about, and life as we know it changing almost every day, turning your real estate dreams into reality can seem like a bit of a stretch.

It’s still completely possible to buy, sell, or invest in property without pushing your budget, time, and effort beyond the limit. The real estate market is at its most competitive these days, and getting the keys to your dream property won’t be easy. Thankfully, we know of a real estate agent who will bat for you at any given opportunity, and pull out all the stops to help you realize your real estate dreams.

Ontario-based David Sukhai is a trailblazing realtor who’s making waves in the industry. He works with Axxess Real Estate Ltd., which is fast becoming one of Canada’s stand-out real estate brokerages, acting as their clients’ “all in one solution to buying or selling their home/property” according to David himself.

David covers all realty services, meaning he’s fully capable of helping his clients buy, sell, or invest in property. What distinguishes him from other realtors is the amount of attention to detail he places on each of his clients’ real estate needs and goals. He explains that a major pain point of his clients’ is that most realtors will work for themselves rather than in the client’s best interest. He tells us that the simple solution to that is “…finding a genuine person who understands what they’re going through, and someone who has there best interest at heart, and not someone who’s interested in the financial gains. They’d have to speak with and feel out the realtor and get a good vibe from them.”

He continues, telling us that “I care about the people and families. I understand how a bad environment for a kid to grow up in plays a role in how they develop. I understand that having a regular home and then needing to make it accessible for members who become ill can be difficult and not possible at times. I want to be that realtor who gives off the right vibes and solutions for each of my clients.”

David’s client-centric approach isn’t just a gimmick either. His road to becoming the realtor he is now was full of challenges, and his excellent service is the result of everything he’s been through. “The two biggest obstacles that I’ve had to overcome was first, the loss of my mother. She passed away 6 years ago from brain cancer. The loss created my dream of one day opening a resort inclusive to people with disabilities to help other families struggling and coping with the same struggles my family faced. The second challenge to overcome was the loss of my best friend – more so of a brother- to suicide. Both of these drive my need and passion for helping others with the same struggles.”

Despite these hardships, the Ontario-based realtor has shown unwavering determination to make a difference in the lives of his clients. “I hope in 10 years, I would’ve helped enough families and people move on and create better lives for themselves. I’d hope to accomplish this by helping them find better homes for their kids or loved ones. Help thousands get a mortgage so they can start a new life, or enjoy life more.” He explained.

The road to thriving in real estate can be a challenging one, filled with its own twists and turns. However, the dream property at the end of the road will surely be all worth it. Should you be looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, connect with David Sukhai and his team at Axxess Real Estate Ltd. for a real estate service that turns your dreams into reality.
