Facing burnout in 2016, Heintze underwent a transformative journey of self-discovery, exploring the connection between life’s challenges, crises, and stress, and the ability to return to oneself and feel free in any situation. Through energy work and spirituality, she found success in various aspects of her life and now offers her clients proven techniques and spiritual tools for personal and professional growth.

Heintze’s coaching method, the Quantum Life Energy Code, blends holistic methods, advanced energetic and spiritual tools, lifestyle principles, and universal laws to attune clients’ energy levels to a royal life, enabling them to create the life they desire. She is passionate about empowering people to embrace their inner royalty and live extraordinary lives by tapping into their innate energy and potential.

Her journey as a business owner began with the publication of her first book, “ROYAL LIFE: Return from the Crisis to Your Own Throne,” in 2021. Heintze’s book shares seven stories from women about pivotal moments in their lives and offers self-coaching techniques, exercises, affirmations, and meditations. The idea of transforming the book’s content into a podcast and coaching business led to the creation of ROYAL Leben.

Heintze values authenticity, reliability, and approachability in her coaching practice. She provides clients with quick answers, tips, and meditations via WhatsApp and is committed to delivering on her promises.

When it comes to marketing, Heintze emphasizes the importance of offering free materials and a variety of pricing options, allowing people to get to know her and her coaching services.
