With around 78,000 real estate agents in Ontario as of 2021 alone, the market is ruthless and cut-throat, and one young agent is determined to make a mark for herself. Victoria Niedzielski was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. At a young age Victoria was exposed to real estate, crediting her father for introducing her to her passion with a successful career in construction in Toronto. Victoria states, “At a young age my dad would take me to his construction sites and walk me through the blueprints of the building, what finishes really stand out, along with what materials to use in order to deliver value. All of that information was extremely valuable which definitely aided in helping my clients find exceptional homes and helping them choose great investment properties.”
Victoria graduated from Schulich School of Business with a specialization in marketing. With the wealth of knowledge she acquired there, she applies those techniques along with her expertise in social media marketing to deliver exceptional results for her clients. During her time at Schulich, she worked in the Business Development sector at Teranet, the exclusive provider of Ontario’s online property search and registration. Therein, she acquired a great deal of knowledge in land and commercial registry. Furthermore, she decided to strengthen her negotiating skills by taking a class at the University of New South Whales in Australia, and upon graduation decided to further her experience by working for numerous tech companies. Therein, she worked in sales positions wherein she mastered the art of negotiating and how to strive in high-pressure environments, which has enabled her to surpass her client’s expectations.
Before acquiring her license, Victoria had already successfully built a business that strove to consult the marketing and sales efforts of international companies looking to enter the North American market. This was her first taste of entrepreneurship, from there she decided to take all this expertise and pursue her passion of real estate. With her experience in customer management, she always puts her clients first, and understands that the process of acquiring a home can be daunting to many. Therefore, her approach is to take away all the stress of the process and help make the experience enjoyable, while being very upfront and honest with her clients so they can make a great financial decision. She prides herself on her trustworthiness and hard work in order to deliver excellence to her clients. “I’m available 24/7, weekends, holidays, it doesn’t matter the day or time, I understand that this is the biggest investment my clients are going to make and I need to be accessible to them at all times,” Niedzielski states.
Victoria focuses primarily in residential, commercial and pre-construction sales within the GTA, securing a position as in-house realtor for a major franchise corporation. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with, and we are looking forward to see what she accomplishes this year.
