Timoi: A Brand That Inspires Many With Eccentric Artistic Products

Timoi, is founded by non-binary people, where art creates a beautiful bond with each person.

The store behind the creation of Timoi is one that inspires people to lead their lives without any worries in the world. Artist Susana De Leon started creating mind-boggling art at the age of 15. They were very fond of graffiti art and when they turned 19 in 1999, they created a piece called, “Trapped In My Own Imagination”. Something about this creation struck them, and they started signing every art piece as “Timoi”, hence it came into being.

 

Timoi is a unique art platform, whose pieces are always blended in with imagination and reality. They had a dream where a cut googly eyes animated character, who told its name as “Calo” delivered the message to Timoi to draw it and grow with it. After their first graffiti known as “Calo” in 2003, Timoi further created new characters, painting them on canvas and on walls all over Los Angeles. The story was to inspire humanity to be their greatest and to have something to look forward to after death.

Timoi sells handbags, Tshirts, Art Prints, Home décor, and smaller items like stickers and jewelry. They aim to bring fresh and unique fashion statements for customers, and enticing products for collectors. The majority of their products are made on demand, so every piece is freshly custom made. Considering that, they do not have a bulk of products facing dust in the warehouse; they are able to reduce their carbon footprint to a great extent.

 

Since the fashion industry is the biggest pollutant of all, this small step by Timoi goes a long way in creating a sustainable environment. Timoi is nonbinary and so they wholeheartedly create for everyone regardless of how one identifies. They want to instill color, joy and happiness in the lives of everyone that comes across the brand. The story of the characters that are featured in their products is a conceptual story. They are creative beings that come from a galaxy called Zovereignty and they come to earth to help and inspire humanity.

 

The Timoi shop is meant for the people who are young, and also young at heart. Also for those who love art and everything kawaii. Most of their followers are into music and music festivals, concerts and raves. They are loved by alternative fashion lovers and art lovers. Some of their audiences are serious collectors and love to collect their products, sometimes buying more than a few times of a particular product. The age group really ranges from 15 to 35 and a few 35-55. Their audience is mainly women and LGBTQ people, and also some guys buy their products for themselves or a loved one.
