Ariana Jackson 

Ariana Jackson, 25, a mother, young entrepreneur, and hairstylist/wig artist, born and raised in the Germantown area of Philadelphia, Pa. & CEO of her fast-growing business Aria’s Hair Laboratory. Ariana always had a passion for fashion and expressing her creativity. She was the one searching for someone to glamorize or something of substance to create. Her interest for natural hair care grew at the age of 13, performing hair services for friends and family. In 2009, she attended Murrell Dobbins HS, where she received her cosmetology license, specializing in Natural hair care. In 2018, She started her journey to building her brand to become a successful business owner. Freddriana Jackson 

Freddriana Jackson is the CEO and creator of Geaux Glam LLC. 22-Year-old business owner, hairstylist, and devoted mother will stop at nothing to make sure her dreams come true. Specializing in lace fronts, the South Louisiana hairstylist has been working diligently, turning her dreams into a reality since 2016. It all started when Freddriana discovered that she had the God-given power to encourage the mindsets of others by transforming their hair. Tammie Axworthy 

Tammie Axworthy is a high-energy stylist, Creative Director and Owner of The Hair Boutique in Brantford Ontario working behind the chair for more than 27 years. She had no idea she wanted to do hair until a family friend got her a part-time job shampooing at a local salon. Soaking a few clients didn’t stop her from falling in love with the salon culture and a stylist was born. She loves to mentor other stylists and she couldn’t be more proud of her Hair Boutique team of 7. She was asked to join the Goldwell Education Team and as a Technical Educator and National Artist for Goldwell for 18 years, she has produced her own Upstyling, Balayage Technique and Salon Business Programs that she teaches all across Canada. Tammie is also proud to instruct the Goldwell Global Master Colorist Programs at the Toronto and New York City Goldwell Academies. Tammie has also been recognized in her community being voted Top Hairstylist and Top Haircolorist several years in a row by The Brant News Readers Choice Awards. Liz Ramirez 

Born and raised in Chicago, Liz Ramirez, is the owner of Beauty Culture Salon which is among the most prominent beauty salons in San Antonio. She pursued her dream at the age of 26 by opening her first-ever salon. Her talents were recognized pretty quickly and she was offered the position of national educator for Paul Mitchell Systems.

Markeisha Adkins

Markeisha Adkins EL, the visionary business mind behind Classy Hair Chics started her entrepreneurial journey in 2010 and pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist. But her journey has not always been as straightforward.

Even though it was something she was passionate about since childhood, Markeisha attends nursing school for her parents. Soon she ended in debt and had to work full-time while taking care of her toddler.

But life took an unpleasant turn when Markeisha lost her mother, sibling, her son, and her father between intervals of a couple years.
