Top 10 Women Disruptors Of 2021

We all have had enough of the stereotypes that force us to evade the idea of women being successful in the entrepreneurial world for a long time. But with time and again, plenty of women disruptors, with their inspiring personalities and intelligence, have set themselves as examples and synergies for standing out in the business area and are breaking through the pigeon hole across various domains. 

These women have created a reputation for themselves in the market and impactfully influence other women, aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and the whole ecosystem across different countries. 

Below we have created the list of some of the most powerful women disruptors in the industry who are disrupting the dogmas and narratives across the world.

Nastasya Rose

Ada Hu is a female entrepreneur, angel investor, and social activist. Having gone to an all-girls school and a female dominant university, Ada truly believes in the power of female entrepreneurship. Angelina Marie Lopez

Angelina Marie Lopez wears many hats! Known for her mellifluous adventures in the industry, she is also a CEO and owner of two companies and managing partner in The Space at 100 Taylor, a Co-working and Events Space. From planning weddings as an event manager to adding charm to the industry with her music, Lopez has captivated a sizable audience. Her travelling adventures and works are enough to describe her benevolent personality. While she has travelled and worked nationwide, her passions for organizing events inspired her to start her company, VELOURETTE. With a vision to bring creative ideas and groundbreaking strategies to the table, Angelina’s approaches often curate “once in a lifetime” experiences for her clients. When Lopez is not working, you’d often find her planning her music with a warm cup of coffee. While she ceaselessly thrives in the industry, her creative endeavours and passion keep rolling out extraordinary impressions in the entrepreneurial world.

Ruthy Adorno 

Ruthy Adorno is an author, speaker and educator. Ruthy is the CEO of Spread Your Shine LLC, she created the Spread Your Shine Podcast and is also the producer of the radio show “Energía Femenina”. Through her conferences, workshops Ruthy inspires and guides people to connect with themself and find their true purpose. Her favorite quote is “You can’t separate who you are from what you do”. Based on that, she established that in order to be successful in your business or life in general you have to connect with yourself first. She has a BA in Education, Coach Certification and was mentored by Les Brown Prodigy Program. Ruthy wrote the book: “Florece”, and has 2 journals in which shows a routine that will help you find joy in every day and manifest your desires. Her speeches inspire and empower, her workshops advice and guides many people to success from the inside out. 

Dr. Maryellen Brucato 

Dr. Maryellen Brucato is the founder and CEO of her company Brucato Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a board certified foot and ankle surgeon in Northern New Jersey. Dr. Brucato opened up cold two years ago and has since built up a large patient following. Brucato Foot and Ankle Surgery was the premiere mobile podiatry company in NJ prior to the pandemic. Dr. Brucato would set up mobile treatment rooms and orthotics casting at union conventions and company events, serving special populations such as teachers and law enforcement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all events got shut down and the company had to pivot to specialize in in-office wound care treatments in order to keep patients out of the hospitals. She acquired another podiatry office in June 2020 and is in the process of opening her third office in three years. 

Atalie Rachael 

Atalie Rachael is a self-published author, writer, and poet. She is the author of a poetry collection entitled On The Edge Of A Dream. She has been previously published in other poetry forums and literary journals including The Voices Project, and Leaves Of Ink. Her work has been acclaimed as outstanding and vividly transports you to another world of beauty, emotion, nature, and all the entanglements that come with reflection and growth. Atalie is also a freelance photographer with brief skills in photo editing and detailing. Atalie loves to bring something new to the artistic table with hopes of inspiring others and becoming a fluent provision for creativity. 

These women leaders and enablers have been very successful and active in shaping the industry’s revolution and have opened the gates for other women in the industry who aspire to pursue their dreams. With consistent work and efforts, they have changed the course of entrepreneurship for good and will continue to do so in the near future.
