Throughout our lives, get to meet countless people who may or may not have a certain connection with us. Nevertheless, some value the relationship that’s formed through a series of interactions.
One of these people is Glen Coutinho, a real estate agent who recently created his brand so that he can mentor others and create an even deeper connection with his clients, one where he can empower them to rise to the occasion.
A Natural People Person
Being involved in real estate, Glen has had the opportunity to meet new people and help them find their dream home or sell what’s theirs. Although it may seem like a job to others, for Glen, it’s a bond that he and his clients share.
“I started my business because I am a people lover. I love people, I love the connection between me and my clients that is formed almost instantly through selling their houses is the only reason I do the job, that’s why it’s special to me,” he said.
Glen’s ability to meet someone and develop long-lasting friendships is what helped him get far in his chosen career.
Now, this connection has inspired Glen to create a personal brand where he can do more for his clients than just sell their houses on the market.
Turning His Passion to Profits
“I was inspired to have my brand as it allowed me to mentor and guide other agents on how to be successful as well as having the opportunity every day to meet new people and form friendships that last a lifetime,” he said.
Now that he gets to do his passion with his brand, profit became easy for Glen. But money isn’t how he measures his success as a mentor.
“The real profit to my job is the hundreds of people I get to interact with, work with, and mentor. The opportunity to do that every single day is what I’m passionate about. When I’m passionate about something I work as hard as I can. That’s why I love my job so much,” he said.
Glen’s love for people is what drives him to do his job with enthusiasm and passion. Now that he has his brand, he gets to do more for the people he loves. And even though he earns from his passion, Glen still considers the real profit to be the connections he makes.
