Veronica Moya is Transforming the Lives of Young People Through Spiritual Development

The health and wellness industry is filled with courses and retreats for adults, featuring meditation, yoga, mindfulness training, and other offerings designed to improve a person’s mental health. However, the same programs do not exist for children, leaving an enormous part of the population without valuable and necessary resources.
As a spiritual development teacher for children and teens, Veronica Moya is on a mission to serve this key demographic. For over a decade, Veronica has helped young people develop their self-reliance and maximize their potential, teaching a wide range of children and teens through group workshops and private coaching sessions. Now, she has designed a groundbreaking new meditation class that empowers young people to develop their intuition and psychic abilities.
“A child is trained intellectually from the moment they are born, learning how to do everything in the world, but as they develop analytically and academically, they often lose touch with their intuition, that inner part of themselves,” Veronica says.
“I believe that developing intuition is just as important as developing the intellect, so I provide meditation but with an objective – not just to gain peace and serenity, but to train the mind to work in your favor.”
Based in New York City, Veronica offers in-person group sessions as well as individual coaching sessions tailored to her client’s specific needs. Although she transitioned to remote teaching during the pandemic, she has since reopened her doors for live sessions, a decision she says maximizes the impact she can have with young minds.
“In these classes, we do fun games, relaxation exercises & guided meditations to practice their psychic skills,” Veronica says. “They are fun classes and the children leave the class feeling empowered and inspired.”
As with other skill-building courses, children and teens who enter Veronica’s spiritual workshops are given the opportunity to learn new abilities and perfect them with guided practice. Specifically, Veronica says, young people will have the chance to develop their intuition, empowering them to become more confident and effective decision makers.
“It is a technique, just like learning anything else,” Veronica says. “Just like you train the body by exercising and staying in shape, and you build the mind through training, the spirit must also be nurtured. If you bring the spirit into everyday existence, then you can achieve a level of comfort that you cannot have through physical things alone. We are both physical and spiritual.”
Most importantly, Veronica’s courses equip young people with essential life-skills that positively impact their lives not only now but for years to come.
“The main take away is self-love and self-acceptance, which I think is the basis for most of the things that we do in life,” Veronica says. “It is about developing communication with your inner guidance, your inner self, becoming one with your spirit and making it part of your everyday life.”
“Self-Love is a key to success in life, and this training helps young people develop a sense of self-worth and self-acceptance.”
