Francesca’s Element is a Dallas, Texas-based flower preservation company that turns its wedding flowers or any special occasion flowers into beautiful displays or functional art pieces for your home or office. Owners Stephen and Francesca are the brain and heart behind this unique business and together they make a powerful duo.
Stephen prides himself on his business skills and always improving while aiming for perfection. He never takes no for an answer and never gives up when presented with a difficult or stressful situation. Because of this, the business was able to soar to new heights!
Francesca is the artist. Her whole life has been making one creative decision to the next, looking for her calling. She was a floral hostess at Walt Disney World, which was where she found her true love for the floral and wedding industry. She’s been said to always have this secret dream of one day living a quiet life and working with flowers like in the movies. Though her life is anything but quiet, she followed her dream, encouraged by Stephen, to pursue working with flowers. She found this craft while scrolling through TikTok during the pandemic and knew this was what she wanted to do. And so she did with the help of Stephen.
The pair and its team pour their hearts and souls into your wedding keepsakes. They make it a point to make the entire process as seamless as possible, making sure their clients are with them every step of the way. From the moment you hop on a call with one of their planners, you’re part of the family. One of the best things about Francesca’s Element is its customer service.
“Disney truly taught me the importance of communication and courtesy when it comes to customer service,” says Francesca. “I don’t necessarily believe in ‘the customer is always right,’ but I absolutely do believe in making magic happen and making sure my client is happy and loves the work that we produce. It’s a magical process, using two liquids that form into a solid to preserve a memory from one of the most magical moments in someone’s life. Come on! There’s nothing like it! It’s such an honor to even be a part of something like that.”
