Where in the World Is GeoMike122?

The month of August was filled with travel adventures and creation for GeoMike122! Genreless indie musician GeoMike122 filmed music videos for his upcoming singles “Momento” and “Above” in some exciting locations. Making sure he takes advantage of the beautiful places to visit in the US, while ensuring safety amid the ongoing pandemic, there is so much to look forward to on GeoMike122’s escapades.

“Momento,” GeoMike122’s next single is a Spanish pop song with a Miami beat. The video was filmed in sunny South Florida, including scenes in South Beach, Miami. “Momento” is about “finding your voice and advocating for what you want now, in this moment,” the viral star told Disrupt Magazine. GeoMike122 wanted to remind his audience that even with a pandemic, it is important to keep doing and chasing after the things you only dreamed of. The best time to do that and take action is now. The music video and single release for “Momento” is scheduled to be in September.

However, the travel and creativity just started with “Momento.” Shortly after Florida, GeoMike122 went to the Jersey Shore and Southern California to shoot another music video for “Above.” The beauty and diversity of the landscapes of the United States help show a story of finding freedom from a bad situation. “Above” is about overcoming a failed relationship and the power of spirituality and faith. Coastal scenes were filmed in New Jersey while desert scenes were shot in Joshua Tree National Forest.

For GeoMike 122, it’s so important to showcase the beautiful landscapes of these places along with the message of the song he wanted to let his audience listen and relate to. “The moment you sit down, listen and connect to nature in Joshua Tree you can feel the mystic energy inside of you,” GeoMike122 described to Disrupt Magazine. Besides the vibe he wanted his music to portray, it’s his audience’s imagination that he’s going for. While many states have eased restrictions and many people are going out of their homes for the new normal, many people choose to stay inside their homes, and GeoMike122 wanted to show the beauty of outdoors and remind his listeners to explore the world when there’s a chance.

During their time in California, GeoMike122 celebrated another major milestone, having 100,000 followers on Instagram. “I am so grateful and blessed to my fans and followers, and I hope my music inspires and motivates them,” said GeoMike122.
