Women Who Disrupt

Where Nadia Musharbash Got Her Passion For Real Estate And Investing

For the past two years, Nadia Musharbash has been working as a real estate broker in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada where she has earned the confidence of several clients because of her warm personality and expertise in the industry.

Nadia has been advising her friends and family on their real estate purchases for years. She used her position as a sales representative then and a real estate broker now to expand her knowledge on real estate to provide the best solutions to housing concerns.

She also holds over 12 years of experience in personal and business banking, with over 18 years in real estate investing. Nadia even holds a PFP designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.

In 2017, she was one of the Scotiabankʼs top business advisers in Toronto, bringing in $60 Million in sales.

Following Her Passion

Being a real estate broker has always come naturally to Nadia, even at an early age.

“I’ve always had a passion for real estate and investing as far back as I can remember. At the age of 21, I was already a landlord and flipping houses on the home design and staging side. After my time in finance and real estate sales, becoming a real estate broker felt like an exciting and natural progression,” she said.

Nadia comes from a big family and is the youngest of four kids. But she was raised to be strong and independent.

When she was first introduced to the real estate investing world, Nadia’s parents helped her buy their first investment property where she held the role of landlord. Since then, she never looked back from doing what she loved.

Dedicated To Her Clients

Since she’s primarily working in the west end of the Greater Toronto Area and Toronto, Nadia has always strived to become one of the more versatile brokers by servicing her clients in the residential and commercial sectors whenever they need help.

“I’m dedicated to my clients. I want to ensure both buyers and sellers are educated about their choices to provide the highest quality service possible,” she said.

Her plans involve growing her brand, Nadia M. Real Estate.

“This business is tough. Not everyone has your best interest at heart. I want people to think of me as their trusted friend in the real estate business. I always want my family and friends to trust me enough to help them when listing and purchasing their next property.” she said.
