Why Lamgi Lora Life Coaching Is The Go-To For Reversing The Trend Of Rising Stress And Anxiety In Individuals

American mental wellness statistics reveal that over 76% of citizens are stressed. The Covid-19 shock ripple effects worsened the condition as it impacted individuals mentally, emotionally and financially. When stress and anxiety worsen, people develop negative feelings about their self-worth. The problem has led to increased stress-related diseases and suicides; therefore, it requires urgent attention to reverse the trend.

Lamgi Lora is a stress and anxiety coach, positive mental health trainer, emotional intelligence/certified advance & neuro-transformation-therapy coach.

She is also the founder and head coach at Lamgi Lora Life Coaching, and in an exclusive interview, she shares her valuable insights on how to deal with stress effectively.

Using her painful past to create new opportunities

Despite a successful career in architecture, a beautiful family, amazing friends and a Christian community, Lamgi Lora always felt that something was missing. She was tired, burnt out, didn’t feel happy or worthy, and was constantly feeling a lack of motivation.

Feeling extremely lonely in her teens, she found ways to manage her emotions as she was brought up in a culture where no-one listened and showing emotions was perceived as weakness. As a result she suppressed her emotions, vulnerability and pain.

In her late 20’s she got married and had 2 children. The birth of her youngest child bought her the biggest challenge of her life – he had a chronic condition in his esophagus which went unnoticed for the first 3 years of his life, so she suffered alone as to not show her struggles and frustration. She states, “my anxiety reached a new level and I was scared. That was the moment that I knew something needed to change, and it was not the life I wanted. I didn’t know how to turn things around to make it work, so I started my personal development journey – which has been a game-changer.”

Anxiety is a manifestation of our pain and wounds

Anxiety takes various forms and influences almost all aspects in our day to day lives. It can infiltrate our lives like a poison that limits us from living life to our fullest. Lamgi Lora states that “in reality anxiety is a manifestation of our pain and the wounds of our childhood trauma, so overcoming our anxiety opens the opportunity to heal. It also helps us understand the message of our emotions that are stuck in our body and why you do what you do from your subconscious mind’s perspective.”

Along the healing phase, we can then move on to create a new and healthy relationship with our emotions, thoughts, and fears. “A new relationship with the core of who we truly are. This is so we can become a person that is able to regulate our emotional state and know how to use our mind consciously to our benefit, knowing that we can handle anything”, Lamgi Lora explains.

When you are stressed, it creates a prime opportunity to turn inwards and love yourself and appreciate your worth. Armed with experience and a background in healing through her own challenges and suffering in life, Lamgi Lora is the go-to person who specializes in helping people deal with the effects from stress and anxiety. As a result, they can heal, recover, and regain the self-worth and confidence necessary to live a healthy and happy life.
