Women Helping Women: Health and Wellness Coach Taylor Rae Helps Women Find Food Freedom and Body Confidence

When you look into the life of Taylor Rae, who most people refer to as Tay, you’ll see that she didn’t have the prettiest past as she struggled with eating disorders, autoimmune disorders, and toxic relationships to name a few.

But being the empowered woman that she is, Taylor overcame these challenges. Now, she uses them as fuel to show others what they can achieve if they don’t give up

At 27, Taylor is currently residing in San Diego, California, and has a notable career as a health and wellness coach who teaches women how to shift their mindsets around food, exercise, and their bodies.

“I have a massive passion to lead women in a way that I wish someone would have for me when I was in the depths of my pain. I know that I’m still here for that exact purpose and choose to live each day doing my best to be a light to others. My ultimate hope is to teach others how to shift their subconscious beliefs so that they can change their past stories and ultimately change their lives,” she said.

Listening to the Voice Inside

Before Taylor became a health and wellness coach, she went to school to study psychology not knowing what she would use it for but she had something in her that told her that this would be useful later on.

“I got super into health and fitness after I recovered from my eating disorder and found my passion. I worked as an in-person personal trainer for about two years until I realized there was more I could do,” she said.

In her career as a personal trainer, her Instagram had grown to about 12,000 followers at the time, encouraging her to take a leap of faith and go online to reach a wider audience

“Since then I’ve been working full time with my business for almost three years now and have scaled it to six-figures so far. Never in a million years did I think I’d be here doing this and I am forever grateful,” she said.

Taylor has also achieved not only a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology but also a certification in NLP, hypnotherapy, as well as life and success coaching. All this because she never gave up no matter how hard it got.

Creating a Program for Women

As Taylor’s business took off, she was able to help hundreds of women find food freedom and body confidence. She also employed two women in her company to show her dedication in helping the female community.

This year, Taylor is looking to develop her signature program, The Get Your Shift Together Academy, to become the go-to program for women who desire food freedom and body confidence.

Through this program, Taylor hopes to change the health and fitness industry for women as well as create an unforgettable experience for those who will participate.
