Your Straight Shot To Homeownership Is With This Reliable Agent

Mortgages are by no means easy to obtain. People usually need to have an almost spotless credit or income record in order to pass the strict lending requirements of banks. Should one not meet the bank’s standards, rejection is the likely result. That being said, are homebuyer’s mortgage dreams over once the bank turns them away? The reality is, it’s not the end of the road, and neither is it the only path to take to obtain a mortgage that fits their needs and budget.

The key to making the mortgage process easier and ensuring that the mortgage product at the end is the right one, is enlisting the help of a reliable mortgage broker who knows the ins-and-outs of the mortgage industry and market. With the right help, a mortgage process that looks like a mountain to climb can turn into a walk in the park for any homebuyer. Luckily, we know exactly where those homebuyers can find the right help.

Pavin Rana is a Vancouver-based, mortgage agent currently blazing a trail under the Clear Trust Mortgages banner. He specializes in giving homebuyers with a history of bankruptcy or less-than-stellar credit a straight shot to the mortgage product that suits them best. We asked Pavin himself to tell us more about how he got started in the mortgage industry: “As the housing market increased and became more challenging to enter, I realized I didn’t know much about real estate and how this works. I took the broker course to learn about what I was hearing about for years in the Vancouver market. Now I want to help pass that knowledge to clients and get them into the door of a home.”

Now in a position to help homebuyers chart their own course to mortgage success and financial stability, we then asked the Vancouver mortgage agent to explain how he guides his client to the mortgage product they need. He said, “The primary goal is to help my clients achieve their goals of owning property. As it becomes increasingly difficult to get into the market, I am here to help find the tips and tricks potential buyers don’t know about. I’m here to help the client understand the papers they are signing, and realize what potential they have to step into real estate.”

The Clear Trust broker then explained why it’s so important for homebuyers to get educated on their mortgage process, saying “If you work and have a job, you have borrowing power! You can get into the market one way or another. People who own real estate are commonly taking mortgages, and everyone has the ability to get into the market. I just want to let people know about their options. This knowledge can help people realize what they might be missing out on.”

Apart from a proper mortgage education and reliable guidance throughout the process, Pavin further distinguished his service from that of other mortgage agents’ by telling us “Clients have their own comfort levels, especially first time buyers. Mortgages often entail big and intimidating numbers. I take the approach that eases that tension for the client, make sure they know all the options, and use terms they can understand. The client trusts that I’m there to help them. I have clients that still text and call me months later to say thank you, because I believe in building lasting bonds with my clients.”

It’s no surprise then that Pavin has been successful so far in his mortgage career. His ability to provide excellent customer service coupled with his tailored mortgage solutions makes him an incredibly good bet for a life-long mortgage agent partner. For any homebuyers looking for their straight-shot to the mortgage product that checks all the boxes, Pavin Rana is ready to help; all it takes is one call.
