Zero to Diamond: Ricky Carruth Launches “Facebook for Real Estate Agents”

Published

on

Following a decades-spanning career as a residential real estate agent and free coach, Ricky Carruth has launched his game-changing social media platform for agents of all levels.

Zero to Diamond, titled after Carruth’s highly esteemed book of the same name, offers agents free access to Carruth’s repertoire of knowledge collected from the past decade’s failures and successes. Since going live mere weeks ago, the platform has attracted thousands of members.

Founded on Carruth’s philosophy that success is about what someone gives, not what they get, the platform aims to reduce failure in the real estate agency by offering new and experienced agents a place to connect, grow, and motivate one another.

A Social Media Platform and Free Coaching Program for Real Estate Agents

Dubbing it the “Facebook for real estate agents,” Ricky Carruth created Zero to Diamond to harness the power of free knowledge and social interaction to help real estate agents reach their full potential.

On the Zero to Diamond website, members can post, comment, like, and exchange information in real-time, including with Carruth himself. Members can stay on top of news and events in the real estate world, including Carruth’s upcoming Zero to Diamond tour.

But more importantly, the platform teaches real estate agents how to create a plan and put it in action through a comprehensive 60-day program and free one-on-one coaching.

One-on-One Coaching: Building a Free Coaching Arsenal

According to Ricky Carruth, the best way to get content in front of the most agents is to make it 100% free. Born of this belief, Zero to Diamond includes free one-on-one guidance through Carruth’s 60-day program with the help of a certified coach trained by Carruth himself.

Aiming to help agents develop and perfect unique systems that work best for them, the Zero to Diamond 60-day program offers guided video lessons that walk new agents through the basics and help experienced agents sharpen their skills.

Through the 60-day training program, Carruth shares his personal philosophies that took him decades of failures to learn but ultimately led to his success. Training videos include the basics of overturning objections, lead generation, building and scaling a brand, and fostering solid relationships with clients and peers in the real estate industry. Training cohorts are scheduled on a three-month rotation, with the next slated to begin April 1st.

Expanding Your Sphere of Influence

Beyond training courses, Zero to Diamond provides a digital space for agents to gather and connect, mining information from one another to help build their databases and scale their personalities.

One of Zero to Diamond’s missions is to help agents get over their fears when making sales. The Zero to Diamond community features a Discord group known as “the cold calling room,” where agents can practice calls free of judgment and seek feedback and advice from other agents.

But Carruth’s real estate philosophies don’t stop there. Firmly believing that success as a real estate agent relies on consistent self-development and genuine human connection, he created the 60-day program to provide advice and motivation for agents to improve all aspects of their lives. The final steps of the program include daily goal-setting methods to improve aspects of family life, business, and physical and mental health to help agents perform their best.

Final Thoughts

In just a short time, Zero to Diamond has revolutionized the way agents can access and share valuable knowledge, providing a home base for agents to start building their brand from the ground up. With an already active community and a Zero to Diamond app in the works, agents will soon have instant access to a priceless network in their back pockets.
