Ja’Baree Allen is the CEO of Business Automation ProsTM in Tallahassee, Florida. He wishes to introduce technology to small businesses through his work. While attending the JMI Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, Allen began his first successful business: Sell Yourself Career and Professional Development. Allen prepared resumes and LinkedIn profiles for students and prepared them for both internship and post-graduate career interviews. ‘Sell Yourself’ was sold in 2014 to a local Staffing Agency for an undisclosed amount. In 2016, Allen launched his second venture Business Automation ProsTM, a software company that focuses on helping small to medium-sized businesses automate their processes and increase efficiency. Allen describes how he established a name for him
Ja’Baree states that he made a name for himself by forming cordial relationships with small business owners and community stakeholders, listening to their problems, and providing solutions. ‘Leveraging those relationships is what allowed me to thrive in sales.’ adds Allen.
Hurdles faced by Ja’Baree
The biggest obstacle that Allen has faced is getting small businesses to overcome their fear of new technologies. He mentions that most people think all technology is for giant business owners, which is certainly not the case.

Allen believes he is among the top 1% in the industry as there is no other technology enthusiast that advocates for small businesses. Ja’Baree also states that he has records of sales he has made and business owners that he has helped, who are willing to testify for him.

‘My biggest purpose is to be the face of technological innovation for small businesses all over the world.’ says Allen. Moreover, he wants to see small businesses grow and scale to become household brands that begin with having the correct systems in place.
