Accept Yourself as You Are, and Your Life will Change

We all go through some adversity in life, which sometimes seems insurmountable. Trying to overcome difficulties, we always try to correspond to the opinion of society, often hiding deeper inner experiences and who we really are. This is especially true for men, who, in the eyes of society, must be strong and self-confident. However, the stylish suits of wealthy men often hide feelings of emptiness, weakness, hopelessness, and, to some extent, dissatisfaction. This is evidenced by the current epidemic of mental health problems in professional America. The most important thing is to understand that you are not alone. By hiding your real relationship needs, your feelings, and weaknesses, you shorten your lifespan by years. You need to live for yourself, accept yourself as you are, and you will notice how wonderful life is around you. True Bryant is one of the most striking examples of a man who did not stop at any difficulties, who was not afraid to reveal his feminine side and, having accepted himself, became the #1 bestselling author and a private Men’s Coach who has already changed the lives of many affluent men.
Like most people, True Bryant lived by the standards set by society. Until the age of 17, he grew up in Georgia. He attended the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy Preparatory School in New Hampshire, where he played in a variety of sports, such as hockey, baseball, and rowing. After completing his BA in Religious Studies, Literature, and History, he began attending classes in spirituality at Harvard. Thereafter, he continued his studies at the Hellenic College of the Holy Cross in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned his Master of Theological Studies (MTS). All of his experience and knowledge gained during his studies, he applied in his work as a history teacher and senior chaplain at a Junior Boarding school in Pomfret, Connecticut. It was here that he began his first steps as a male coach. He helped his students get through difficult times not only in the dormitory but also in the classroom and on the sports grounds. Moreover, he helped many of them solve problems in their relationships with their parents, with feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety about interpersonal conflicts.
It was during these three years of work in this incredible position that he discovered new facets of his personality. Working with his private men’s coach, he understood what his great service to the world is and was not afraid to take risks and become an entrepreneur by creating a company called True Life Expression.
However, every medal has a flip side. Despite his academic accomplishments and personal growth, True Bryant had to go through enormous challenges related to parental divorce, circumcision trauma, chronic depression, two suicidal periods of his life, and worst of all, being a child sexual abuse victim. Thanks to his inner willpower, he was not only able to survive all these difficulties but was also able to invest in knowledge and develop himself so much that now he has already helped many men around the world. This is a person with such experience and knowledge base who can become a life-saving ring for you in the most difficult moments of your life. True Bryant can help you improve your relationships, health, and well-being. Through his individual approach and total dedication, you will be able to restore your true personality, personal strength, and create a life in which you will enjoy every second. Always remember:
“You have to carry the fire…it’s inside you. It was always there. I can see it.”
– Quote from True Bryant’s favorite book “The Road” by Cormac McCarthy
