Antonio De Sousa, The Self Joy and Self Belief Facilitator On A Mission To Inspire

Antonio De Sousa, the founder of U-Volve and author of “The Lockdown On Self Love, How To Make Suffering Work For You.”, paves a way forward for people to make their lives more present by creating a robust relationship with themselves.

Relationships are as fragile as glass. If people don’t handle it with care, it can all shatter or break. Thus, a relationship needs to be tended to, with the utmost care and nourishment with self-love and inner confidence.

When someone talks about relationships, the obvious conclusion is the exchanges that one has with others like parents, loved ones, or someone intimate. This is where a self-ignorant journey begins.

Before nurturing relationships with others on any level, one needs to create a stable relationship with one’s soul and mind.

This is a neglected part of life that Antonio De Sousa has brought to light, after experiencing the gruesome consequences of not having one.

Antonio De Sousa has created the transformational platform U-Volve that helps individuals embrace life with more excitement which helps build a powerful bond with themselves. However, this venture did not come into being from just a sheer thought, but it has evolved from Antonio’s journey and the challenges embedded within it.

A Story That Led To Transformational Change

Antonio De Sousa previously had a co-dependency and predisposition for the use of drugs that lasted for over a decade. Life took a turn for the worse with each year that passed by.

Antonio De Sousa, formally a plasterer by trade admits that life was not easy and that he quite literally had to drag himself to get tasks done. He had no passion for what he did and his work was physically demanding! With such a negative outlook on work, it’s difficult for anyone to carry on happily.

He has been in 2 long-term relationships but with self-neglect as a trait, his relationships did not flourish as he would have loved, considering he has children. As a result of this, Antonio spiraled into depression and total devastation. His mental agony took a physical toll on him, and things went downhill quickly.

One thing led to another before 2020 when Antonio De Sousa was initiated into Spirituality and Personal Development which radically changed his life.

When the first lockdown arrived in early 2020, he had the opportunity to pause from life, reflect and introspect. He felt inspired to reverse engineer his life and took it upon himself to self enquire, with every breath in his lungs to figure out why he was the troublesome man that he felt he was at the time.

He used a meticulously crafted set of questions that were running over his mind over and over as if another version of himself had manifested before his own eyes..

Some of these questions were: How can I be of service to you? How can I support you? In what areas of your life would I like to improve on and how can I help?  Lastly, how can I love you?

From this grew humility for himself and all others with the desire to contribute in this world, with that he created U-Volve and wrote his debut book to help others who are going on a self-destructive path as well.

Antonio De Sousa is the author of “The Lockdown On Self-Love, How to make suffering work for you”. His book is a raw and honest account of how one man decided to change his life after living a troublesome life and feeling suicidal. Hence, it is the healing inspiration that everyone going through hard times needs. To know more about his work, buy his book now!
