Brian Will – The Dropout Multimillionaire

Not everyone is meant for the academic route in life. Some people can find their purpose there, but some actually thrive outside of education. Brian Will is one of those who found a way to become successful without following the school path.
Brian was not blessed with an easy life. He found himself kicked out of high school (although he did get back in and graduate), and then he ended up dropping out of college. He was going into the world with no funds and no clue how to get by. Even so, he found a way to teach himself the best way to run a business and make it succeed. He served in both the Army and the Air Force, giving him a new level of discipline. Today, he is a serial entrepreneur and an industry-leading Business and Sales Management Consultant.
Throughout his career, Brian has created or co-created seven very successful companies in four different industries. These companies were worth over half a billion dollars at their peak. He has also done multiple turn-around projects for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s and helped those organizations drive billions of dollars in sales. His multifaceted background gives him the ability to understand and teach agile processes and principles and articulate their implications from multiple perspectives, from the development team to the executive board. Brian also created the first Direct to Consumer call center for health insurance here in the US and became an expert in that industry. By the age of 40, he was a millionaire. Then he hit the multimillionaire level within the next year!
Today, Brian owns a growing chain of restaurants in the Atlanta area as well as an Insurance and Technology company based in Denver and a residential and commercial Real Estate business in Georgia and Florida. He also serves on the city council in his hometown of Alpharetta, Georgia. Along with his business ventures, Brian has become a Wall Street Journal best-selling author with his book “The Dropout Multimillionaire,” as well as several other books that can be found on the best-selling list on Amazon. Through his books, he aims to show other business owners where the pitfalls may lie in their businesses and how to avoid them.
Brian’s life isn’t all work and no play, though. Now that he has gotten to where he is with his business, he doesn’t need to be present in the buildings all of the time. This means he has time for going on adventures. He is a licensed pilot, a dive master, and an avid mountain climber who has climbed 4 or the 14ers in Colorado as well as Mt. Fuji in Japan! Between taking time to explore the world and helping other folks in business learn the secrets of success, Brian Will has found his happiness.
