How Cory Rosenthal Is Helping People Transform Their Lives Through Fitness

We all aim to find our passion in life, some find it early and some find it late, but we eventually figure it out. Meet Cory Rosenthal, he’s an up and coming entrepreneur who started Rose Fitness, he’s one of the many who have found their passion in life early. Growing up into a fitness-centric environment, Cory has always been involved with gyms from a very young age given his father owned Ovox Gym in Central Jersey. By pushing himself further and further into the physical health field Cory is beginning to build a reputation for helping hundreds of individuals take charge of their health and change their life.
Cory’s Story
Cory has always been passionate about fitness. From growing into a family that owned a gym, to spending days on end researching every aspect of fitness to perfect his craft. This drive and dedication have poured over into the goals he has set for himself such as becoming the #1 fitness influencer on Instagram. Although Cory has a pretty clear goal in mind some of the biggest obstacles Cory has had to overcome were dealing with an overwhelming amount of hate. According to Cory, this involved hate comments and just overall toxic people. But what separates Cory is what he did about it, instead of letting those people tear him down, Cory has used their energy as fuel to continue to build rose fitness into what it is today.
Since embarking his journey of creating Rose Fitness, a key trait that has helped Cory stand out has been the unique content he brings to the industry. Rather than bringing the same “Bench, Deadlift, Squat” videos to his page, Cory focuses on creating dynamic content such as Backflips, muscle-ups, boxing, and calisthenics. This strategic move has opened his page up to attract a diverse audience that can find more than one reason to resonate with Rose Fitness.
What’s Next for Cory Rosenthal
A few of the things we can expect from Cory Rosenthal over the next few months include his 30 days at home workout program. Cory created the 30 Day at home workout challenge, by researching every aspect of powerful program development. Some of the research collected shows that people tend to give up on themselves 7 days into buying a program. Therefore, in Cory’s program, there will be a rest day and a motivational speaker every 7 days. By adding in that extra bit of motivation intertwined with the science-backed research Cory has effectively built a program that continues to provide results time after time. According to Cory, the research shows that with ‘Covid-19’ lung capacity is a significantly important factor for your immune system, therefore Cory inserted multiple breathing techniques and some yoga to follow.
The amount of attention to detail Cory has placed into his program truly highlights the passion he has for his clients to succeed in their fitness journey. On top of creating that program, we can expect Cory to successfully attain his NASM certification and take his knowledge of helping others to the next level in 2020.
