Diego Chavez Disrupting the New Way of Sales as “The Magician of Sales”

Sales can be hard or easy, depending on the strategy that you use. Whereas there’s no magic strategy to fix all your sales needs and problems, there are time tested approaches that will assist with sales funnel and conversion. In this article, Diego Chavez shares insights on connecting with the clients, creating trust, and increasing sales and profitability. 

Diego Chavez is an accomplished public speaker and a business coach who has excelled in sales. From an early age, Diego always wanted to have full control over his life. He also always wanted to reach many people, and developing his sales and coaching skills was the perfect way to do that. He has assisted hundreds of businesses with their sales funnels and now shares some of the approaches that have worked for him

 

Understand the client needs 

Statistics indicate that 42% of small businesses fail because they lack the market for their services while 14% due to poor marketing. Diego reckons that conducting a market survey is an excellent way to start your sales journey. A product or service that meets people’s needs is easily marketed, and so are the sales. 

 

Connect with your clients 

Besides scouting and identifying sales opportunities for your brand or service, establishing a connection with your potential client is vital. Diego believes that one way to connect with your clients is to provide them with valuable information beyond your product features and benefits. There are many social media platforms that you can use to attract and establish a connection with potential clients. Diego started with direct messaging with platforms like Instagram and Facebook to connect with his audience, which changed business. 

Create trust 

As they say, people will often buy from those that they like, know, and trust. Clients who trust the product are more confident and are more likely to become repeat customers and even loyal brand ambassadors. When first starting, Diego realized that you have to talk to people if you want to profit. He started talking to 30-60 people every day in the DMs and on the phone, building relationships, learning about sales conversations, connecting with people, and creating trust. These steps have turned out to be the magic that turns leads into customers. 

The future is bright for Diego as he continues to coach and grows on a daily bases.
