Executive Voice

Elevating the real estate industry to yet another level is Farooq Syed.

Farooq thrives on new challenges and has a sharp eye for new real estate trends, which has helped him build a strong network.

In order to succeed in any market, one must be tenacious and patient. Entrepreneurs who want to make a name for themselves in the real estate industry must put in a lot of effort and patience. In the real estate world, an entrepreneur must wait for the right moment to strike; in the meantime, work on developing various marketing and growth-related strategies is necessary. Farooq is one such entrepreneur who stayed focused on his target, demonstrated extreme resilience under duress, and had the ability to take a shot at the right moment and time, thus establishing a name for himself.

Farooq has spent his entire life in Dubai, receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the American University of Sharjah and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Michigan. He is the CEO of “Springfield Real Estate”, one of the leading real estate firms in the United Arab Emirates, with a team of more than 50 brokers. Springfield Real Estate has been assisting investment companies and high-net-worth individuals looking for luxury residential properties since 2008. In addition, the company oversees the selling of entire projects by private investors, as well as the entire sales process. Springfield has a strong online presence and uses technology-based marketing campaigns to distinguish itself from the opposition. Farooq claimed, “Most people who were debating whether or not to buy a home and were putting it off are now ready to close deals with us.”

Although the empire of Springfields, was not built in a day. A people-centric organization like theirs claims that their agents are their most important assets. Farooq, the company’s CEO, is no stranger to adversity and is currently leading his company across turbulent waters in the midst of the pandemic. “Every adversity presents a unique opportunity to benefit. In the middle of the crisis, investors are now opening their wallets and buying up distressed offers. We’ve seen some of the lowest rates per square foot in the last decade in the last few months. Prices have been on the decline since their peak in 2014 as we reach this pandemic period,” says Farooq.

Farooq started his real estate career as a promising young broker in 2006, and after working for two of Dubai’s most well-known brokerage firms, he joined Springfield Real Estate in 2009. Springfield Properties has seen a 65 percent increase in sale transactions in the last three months under his leadership, compared to the same period last year.

Aside from his company, Farooq Syed is well-known for his presence on social media and YouTube channel, which has risen to become Dubai’s largest Real Estate channel. He is often seen displaying and portraying some of Dubai’s largest and most luxurious homes.
