Entrepreneur Shares Secret Sauce to Earning 1 Million in 1 Year

BIPOC business and executive coach Justin Fitzgerald Harris has released an entrepreneurial challenge to generate 1 million dollars in 1 year by launching businesses he is personally passionate about. The kicker? He will document the entire process to share with other entrepreneurs who want to jumpstart successful careers in different areas amidst the pandemic. Harris’ bread and butter entails optimizing people and processes and he shares secret tips and strategies on how to start a business that others never reveal during their course of business-building. Those involved in the challenge will be able to give feedback and participate directly, as well as receive perks and products Justin launches exclusively. The challenge will begin January 1st at 12:01am PST and ends December 31st at 11:59pm PST time zone.

What’s the 1 Year 1 Million Challenge?

Can an Average Joe or Jane make $1 million in 1 year?

The 1 Year 1 Million Challenge aims to find out, and share the roadmap of how to do it (and how not to do it!) from January 1st 2021 to December 2021.

 

 

Why?

How often have you seen an entrepreneur claim they made $1 million in just a few months? And that, through a series of hacks and cheats, you can too?

It’s BS. There are no quick wins to making money sustainably. However, there are frameworks and tools you can use to increase your chances.

Through the 1 Year 1 Million Challenge I’ll show you them, and put them into practice myself as I aim to see whether it’s possible for an Average Joe or Jane to make $1 million in 1 year.

 

How will it work?

Starting January 1st 2021, I (Justin Harris, more on me below) will go full-time on the 1 Year 1 Million Challenge. I’ll start with a blank sheet of paper. Armed simply with my experience as a coach and entrepreneur.

The plan is to split the Challenge into quarters.

The first quarter (January – March) is where I START. Looking at four categories of businesses (consumer products, brick and mortar businesses, technology, consulting and services) the aim is to create as many business ideas as possible and validate one or two which I can then develop.

The second quarter (April – June) is where I SHIP. The aim is to create an MVP for my business, craft a good business proposition, and recruit my first customers.

The third quarter (July – September) is where I SCALE. The aim is to nail my pricing, generate sales, and plan further product development

The 1 Year 1 Million Challenge is an unvarnished and honest account of the ups, downs, and sideways that come with starting a business.

I’m Justin Harris, a coach and entrepreneur raised in Southern California and based in Los Angeles. I have two big passions:

Launching impactful projects.

Helping people max out on their potential.

I’ve started the 1 Year 1 Million Challenge to do both.

In recent years I’ve helped founders bring products to market. Managed employees at a hyper-growth startup. And spent most of my time challenging other people.

Now it’s time to challenge myself and see whether I can put my money where my mouth is. I talk a good game. Now it’s time to walk it, and bring you along for the journey and the lessons.

Sharing my successes and mistakes for other people’s benefit.

 

 

 

 

This challenge isn’t about 

Having all the answers. I just want us all to ask the right questions.

Trying to become a YouTube guru, Instagram influencer, or motivational speaker (you know the types)

Promoting an unhealthy work/life balance.

 

 

 

So, red pill or blue pill?

 

Take the red pill: say the 1 Year 1 Million Challenge is impossible. Close your browser. Remain in a fixed mindset.

It doesn’t matter whether I fall or fly (no matter how badly I mess up in 2021, it can’t be as bad as 2020). I’m taking the leap and having a go. I’d love you to join the journey with me.
