Revolutionizing a Training Approach for Badminton Players Across Canada: Eric Hui’s Story

We all face adversities at some point in our lives; this was the case with Eric Hui. He found himself with no friends or passions in life, and by a stroke of luck, he found Badminton. That’s where things changed for Eric, the traits he was missing in life, such as confidence, social reinforcement, and even purpose followed when he found the sport of Badminton. At the time, Eric wanted a coach to dominate his newfound hobby, but like most young men, he ran into an issue funding that idea. Eric vowed to make up for his late start in the sport by training harder than anyone in the gym. After years of obsessing over pursuing the competitive edge and finding the right balance in training both on and off the courts, Eric developed a regimen composed of systems and processes focused on taking badminton players to the next level.

Changing Approaches

The way most aspiring Badminton athletes approached their training in the competitive atmosphere has been self-experimentation, and although a step in the right direction, Eric is on a mission to take that audience and help them avoid years of wasted efforts. Eric has a systematic approach backed by science that helps his athletes gain the explosivity they need on the court, the stamina, and even strength to continue to push their bodies towards their athletic goals. Although he knows having a trainer can up your physical abilities in Badminton, the downside is having a trainer that only worries about the 1 hour you’re in the gym.

Here’s how Eric is changing that approach and giving his clients the attention they need to prosper as an athlete truly. By implementing Online training, Eric has been able to serve his clients on a completely personal level, by understanding the data points he collects Eric can continuously adjust the training accordingly to a very tailored routine focused on providing his client optimum training for their goals.

Empowering Elite Level Badminton Players

“The reason 99% of Badminton players never hit their most basic fitness goals is largely in part due to lack of accountability and a gameplan,” according to Eric Hui. By understanding, this Eric has built his online coaching with a strong foundation focused on accountability. Eric Implements weekly check-ins and bi-weekly updates to ensure his clients are getting fast results.

Starting from day 1, Eric and his clients lay out a crystal clear goal and deadline with realistic expectations on what they will be accomplishing together. Eliminating the vague goals Eric’s clients come in with, allows for a trackable and measurable result, ensuring progress can be made under Eric’s Coaching. The next area Eric focuses on is creating a meal plan his clients can feel confident with. The increased confidence carries over into all segments of their life beyond just training. Outlining a meal plan has allowed his clients to experience more energy, fewer cravings, and a better relationship with food and that structures a healthy habit routine.

The most crucial part in Eric’s Opinion would have to be the social media community that gives his clients a place to check in during the weekly video calls, ask questions and network with other like-minded individuals throughout the private Facebook group. Eric has built an entire system on getting you the results you want; he’s so confident he’s gone as far saying “I  guarantee results or your money back,” with most trainers making money becomes their goal, with Eric his only goal is to help you become the best version of yourself on and off the field.

Eric Hui on His Future Plans

To say Eric Hui is a very dedicated coach with a passion, unlike most, would be an understatement. Eric has created one of the best training systems in Canada for individuals who are ready to take their performance to the next level and up their game with Badminton, but he’s not stopping there. He still plans on building an on-court program, hosting and collaborating with speakers such as Olympians, and many more elite level players. The most exciting part of what  Eric will bring to the world of Badminton in the next few months is an app that’s going to completely revolutionize the way training is done and truly bring the excellence he shares with his clients.
